【摘要】：中醫(yī)骨科和脊柱傷病療法具備傳統(tǒng)理論的精華和豐厚的文化底蘊,但這些傳統(tǒng)療法及其基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展出的現(xiàn)代治療體系——中國整脊學(xué),卻未獲得廣泛認(rèn)可,且在與西方整脊學(xué)遭遇中被認(rèn)為偽科學(xué),那么在西醫(yī)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)的中西醫(yī)文化沖突的全球化背景下,中國整脊學(xué)處于何種地位及其獨特性,為此我們要考察中國整脊學(xué)作為地方性知識的建構(gòu)過程及文化特性。作者采用人類學(xué)的考察方式,試圖通過對中西方整脊學(xué)文化和技術(shù)的比較來分析中國整脊學(xué)的建構(gòu)過程。第一章創(chuàng)建本文的理論框架,探討文化和技術(shù)的關(guān)系,把技術(shù)歸屬到文化概念中,指出對技術(shù)的建構(gòu)過程就是特定的文化實踐過程。第二章是中國整脊學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的認(rèn)識過程,并指出當(dāng)前整脊學(xué)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題。第三章是中國整脊學(xué)作為地方性知識的人類學(xué)考察,在這一部分指出了中國整脊學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)和傳統(tǒng)文化之間緊密關(guān)系,為理解中國整脊學(xué)提供了整體文化背景,并深入湘潭某中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué),對中醫(yī)整脊具備的地方性特征意義表征進(jìn)行描述和理解。第四章在上章的基礎(chǔ)上對中西方整脊學(xué)進(jìn)行文化和技術(shù)的比較分析,以說明他們存在沖突和融合的地方,在對中國整脊學(xué)的建構(gòu)過程進(jìn)行考察,以說明文化的價值觀念在建構(gòu)過程中的重要性。第五章是理論提升的部分,目的是為了消除科學(xué)意識形態(tài)對地方性認(rèn)識的誤區(qū),肯定中國整脊學(xué)地方性知識的科學(xué)合理性,并對對方性知識賦予了倫理之道和價值信仰。中國整脊學(xué)之所以認(rèn)為是偽科學(xué)的,正是因為以占據(jù)高地的西方價值體系的意識形態(tài)來看待中國的傳統(tǒng)文化,以科學(xué)的普遍性知識來定義中國整脊學(xué)。在全球的環(huán)境背景下,中國整脊學(xué)的地位看似不容樂觀,但彰顯了中國獨特的文化境界,所以中國整脊學(xué)只有在中國傳統(tǒng)文化的支撐下才能發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的力量,表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的生命力。對地方性知識的中國整脊學(xué)進(jìn)行文化層級的研究,不僅可以加強(qiáng)民族認(rèn)同感、提升民族自信、同時對推動中國整脊學(xué)的發(fā)展也起著一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics and spinal injuries therapy have the essence of traditional theory and rich cultural heritage, but the development of these traditional therapies and on the basis of modern China chiropractic therapy system, but not widely recognized, and in science and Western chiropractic is considered pseudoscience experience, then the background of globalization occupy the cultural conflict of Chinese and Western medicine leading in western medicine, China chiropractic school what is the status of its uniqueness, so we should study China chiropractic schools as construction process and cultural characteristics of local knowledge. The author adopts the study method of anthropology, tries to compare to the western science and technology culture orthopaedicspinal to analyze the construction process of Chinese chiropractic the first chapter is the theoretical framework of this paper. To create the relationship between culture and technology, the technology belongs to the concept of culture, points out that the process of constructing technology is the specific culture The process of practice. The second chapter is the process of understanding Chinese chiropractic study in the present situation, and pointed out that the process of the development of the current problems in the science of chiropractic. The third chapter is the China chiropractic School of anthropology as local knowledge in the study, this part points out the close relationship between the theoretical basis of China chiropractic science and traditional culture. To understand the China chiropractic science provides the overall cultural background, and the depth of Xiangtan a western medicine, describe and understand the local characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine with chiropractic meaning representation. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the chapter on the Western chiropractic learn comparative analysis of culture and technology, to show their existence the conflict and fusion, to inspect the construction process of China chiropractic science, to illustrate the cultural values of importance in the construction process. The fifth chapter is the theoretical part of the promotion, in order to eliminate the awareness of Science Morphology of the local understanding of the misunderstanding, certainly China chiropractic science rationality of local knowledge, and on the other side of the road and knowledge with ethical beliefs and values. Chinese chiropractic school is the reason that the pseudo science, because it is to occupy the highlands of the Western value system and ideology to look at the traditional China culture, with universal knowledge of science to define China chiropractic school. In the background of the global environment, China chiropractic school status seems not optimistic, but the highlight of the China unique cultural realm, so China chiropractic only in Chinese traditional culture support can play its strength, showing a strong the vitality of local knowledge. Chinese chiropractic study cultural level, it can not only strengthen the sense of national identity, enhance national self-confidence, and to promote the development China chiropractic school also plays a positive role Use.
