【摘要】：【目的】利用度中心度(DC)的方法探討原發(fā)性失眠(PI)患者針灸治療后靜息態(tài)下腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接屬性的改變�！痉椒ā繉�(duì)29例PI患者及22例年齡、性別、受教育程度均匹配的健康對(duì)照組進(jìn)行百會(huì)、四神聰、神門、三陰交等穴位行兩周針灸治療后,行靜息狀態(tài)下的功能磁共振成像掃描,經(jīng)預(yù)處理和后處理計(jì)算出全腦DC值圖,采用雙樣本t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行組間比較,分別檢測(cè)PI組與NC組間DC分布圖間的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。【結(jié)果】與NC組相比,PI患者DC值減低的腦區(qū)主要分布在右側(cè)顳中回、右側(cè)海馬、右側(cè)豆?fàn)詈�、雙側(cè)海馬旁回及左側(cè)楔葉等區(qū)域�！窘Y(jié)論】基于靜息態(tài)功能MRI數(shù)據(jù)的DC分析觀察到PI患者在腦區(qū)間功能連接改變,DC作為一種新的基于體素水平描述腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性的方法,可能對(duì)理解PI神經(jīng)機(jī)制及觀察其腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性的改變提供了一個(gè)新視角。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the changes of brain functional network connection properties in patients with primary insomnia (PI) after acupuncture and moxibustion. [methods] 29 patients with Pi and 22 patients with age and sex were studied. After two weeks of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment at Baihui, Sishen Cong, Shenmen and Sanyinjiao, the healthy control group with matched educational level were scanned by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in resting state, and the whole brain DC value was calculated by pretreatment and postprocessing. The difference of DC distribution between Pi group and NC group was detected by double sample t test. [results] the decreased DC value of Pi patients was mainly distributed in the right middle temporal gyrus, right hippocampus, right lentiform nucleus, compared with NC group. [conclusion] DC analysis based on resting functional MRI data shows that the change of functional junctions in the brain of Pi patients is a new method to describe the properties of brain network based on voxel level. It may provide a new perspective for understanding Pi neural mechanism and observing the changes of brain network properties.
