【摘要】：扶陽(yáng)學(xué)派從乾坤坎離卦象的分析入手,以坎離中立極之陰陽(yáng)為綱紀(jì)貫穿其理論與臨證的始終,并使"生命以火立極"諸觀點(diǎn)成為必然推論。人體內(nèi)陽(yáng)外陰本體結(jié)構(gòu)論則以陰陽(yáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的本質(zhì)屬性為線索,以《周易》《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》相關(guān)論述為支持,提出關(guān)于人體陰陽(yáng)體用關(guān)系、正邪定位與辨證論治的新認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),扶陽(yáng)學(xué)派和陰陽(yáng)本體結(jié)構(gòu)論在基本觀點(diǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)上是貫通的,都認(rèn)為人體陰陽(yáng)的氣化運(yùn)動(dòng)的一般規(guī)律為陽(yáng)是自下而上、自?xún)?nèi)而外,陰是自上而下、自外而內(nèi)形成交感的,從而澄清了目前中醫(yī)學(xué)界在人體陰陽(yáng)交感運(yùn)動(dòng)中認(rèn)為陽(yáng)在外而陰在內(nèi)的模糊認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The school of Fuyang started with the analysis of Qiankun's separation from the hexagram image and took Yin and Yang of the neutral pole as the programmatic period throughout its theory and clinical proof. The view of "life is based on fire" becomes an inevitable corollary. The theory of the body's vulva ontology structure is based on the essential attribute of Yin and Yang movement, supported by the related exposition of "the Book of changes" and "Huangdi's Internal Classic". This paper puts forward a new understanding about the relationship between body use of yin and yang, the orientation of good and evil and the treatment of differentiation of symptoms and signs. Through analysis, it is found that the understanding of Fuyang school and Yin-Yang Noumenon structure theory is consistent in the basic viewpoint. It is believed that the general law of the gasification movement of human body yin and yang is that yang is from bottom to top, from inside to outside, from top to bottom, from outside to inside to form synaesthesia. Therefore, it clarifies the vague understanding that yang is thought to be outside and yin in the movement of Yin and Yang in Chinese medicine.
