【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)清代和清代以前文獻(xiàn)中關(guān)于涌泉穴的資料進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理和分析,總結(jié)其臨床應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)。方法:以《中華醫(yī)典》(第五版)為主要檢索源,檢索涌泉的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),建立相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),采用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:涌泉單穴主治病證58種,26種優(yōu)勢(shì)病證;配伍主治病證228種,22種優(yōu)勢(shì)病證及其高頻配伍腧穴處方。與涌泉配伍的經(jīng)穴154個(gè),其中前10位的腧穴是合谷、然谷、昆侖、太沖、神門(mén)、陰陵泉、豐隆、行間、太溪、少商,經(jīng)外奇穴13個(gè);針刺為主要刺灸法,常用針刺深度為三分,留針時(shí)間三呼,灸法以三壯為多。結(jié)論:較全面地展示了涌泉的單穴主治、配伍主治、配伍腧穴及刺灸法古代應(yīng)用狀況,對(duì)當(dāng)今臨床及科研均有較大的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the clinical application characteristics of Yongquan point in the literature of Qing Dynasty and before Qing Dynasty. Methods: the Chinese Medical Code (5th Edition) was used as the main retrieval source. The related documents of Yongquan were searched, the related database was established, and the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS19.0 software. Results: there were 58 kinds of dominant syndromes of Yongquan single acupoint for main treatment of disease syndrome. There are 228 kinds of dominant syndromes and their high frequency prescription of acupoints. There are 154 acupoints in combination with Yongquan, among which the top 10 acupoints are Hegu, ran Valley, Kunlun, Taichong and Shenmen. Yiling Spring, Fenglong, Xingjian, Taixi, Shaoshang, 13 unique acupoints outside the Meridian; Acupuncture is the main acupuncture moxibustion method, commonly used acupuncture depth of three points, retention time of three calls, moxibustion method to three Zhuang for more. Conclusion: a more comprehensive display of Yongquan single point treatment, compatible with the main treatment. The ancient application of compatible acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion has great reference value for clinical and scientific research.
