【摘要】：目的:探討穩(wěn)定性冠心病患者的舌象與Gensini積分及肱動(dòng)脈最大擴(kuò)張幅度與基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)的百分比(即FMD值)的相關(guān)性。方法:選取150例穩(wěn)定性冠心病患者,收集舌象、Gensini積分和FMD并分析其相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)Gensini積分:紫舌組紅舌組淡白舌組淡紅舌組,厚膩苔組少苔組薄苔組;(2)FMD值:淡紅舌組紅舌組淡白舌組紫舌組,薄苔組少苔組厚膩苔組;(3)Gensini積分與紫舌、厚膩苔呈正相關(guān),與淡紅舌、淡白舌薄苔呈負(fù)相關(guān);FMD值與紫舌、厚膩苔呈負(fù)相關(guān),與淡紅舌呈低度正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:穩(wěn)定性冠心病患者舌象多見紅舌或淡白舌、薄白苔或少苔;紫舌或厚膩苔患者的冠脈病變和內(nèi)皮功能損傷更重。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the tongue picture and Gensini score and the percentage of brachial artery maximum dilatation and basic meridian in patients with stable coronary heart disease (FMD). Methods: 150 patients with stable coronary heart disease were selected. Gensini score and FMD were collected and analyzed. Results the Gensini integral was: purple tongue group red tongue group light white tongue group light red tongue group, thick greasy fur group little fur group thin fur group; FMD value: red tongue group, light white tongue group, purple tongue group, thin fur group, thick and greasy coating group; The Gensini score was positively correlated with purple tongue, thick and greasy fur, and negatively correlated with light red tongue and thin white tongue coating. FMD value was negatively correlated with purple tongue, thick and greasy fur, and low degree with light red tongue. Conclusion: in patients with stable coronary heart disease, the tongue appearance is mostly red or light white, thin white or less. Coronary artery lesions and endothelial dysfunction are more severe in patients with purple tongue or thick greasy fur.
