【摘要】：目的觀察四物湯對(duì)高齡粗隆間骨折PFNA術(shù)后隱性失血情況的影響,為臨床應(yīng)用中醫(yī)藥解決高齡粗隆間骨折術(shù)后隱性失血問(wèn)題提供參考。方法 48例高齡粗隆間骨折PFNA手術(shù)患者,按患者術(shù)后是否口服中藥四物湯分為治療組和對(duì)照組,治療組在常規(guī)抗感染、對(duì)癥治療以及飲食指導(dǎo)等基礎(chǔ)上,從術(shù)后第3天開(kāi)始連續(xù)口服四物湯湯劑10d。觀察并記錄所有患者身高、體質(zhì)量、術(shù)中及術(shù)后顯性失血量;檢測(cè)并記錄治療前后血紅蛋白(Hb)和紅細(xì)胞比容(HCT)含量,應(yīng)用Gross方程計(jì)算紅細(xì)胞容量,進(jìn)而推算出隱性失血量。結(jié)果治療后治療組Hb、HCT含量明顯提高,隱形失血量明顯改善(P0.01),優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論四物湯可以改善高齡股骨粗隆間骨折患者PFNA術(shù)后隱性失血狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Siwu decoction on recessive blood loss after PFNA in aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 48 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture underwent PFNA operation. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to whether or not they took oral Chinese medicine Siwu decoction after operation. The treatment group was based on routine anti-infection, symptomatic treatment and diet guidance. From the third day after operation, Siwutang decoction was taken orally continuously for 10 days. The height, body mass, apparent blood loss during and after operation were observed and recorded. The contents of hemoglobin (HB) and erythrocyte volume (HCT) were measured and recorded before and after treatment. The volume of erythrocyte was calculated by Gross equation, and the amount of recessive blood loss was calculated. The content of HCT was significantly increased, and the amount of invisible blood loss was significantly improved (P0.01). Conclusion Siwu decoction can improve the recessive blood loss after PFNA in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
