【摘要】：目的:觀察不同蜂針劑量對類風濕性關節(jié)炎大鼠療效的影響。方法:將30只大鼠隨機分為空白組、模型組和蜂針治療4組(單蜂1 min組、雙蜂1 min組、三蜂1 min組、單蜂30 s組),取足三里穴,連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察治療前后體重、足趾容積、縮足反應時間及HE切片觀察。結果:治療后,與空白組比較,各組大鼠足趾容積提高,縮足反應時間下降,差異均有統計學意義(P0.05),體重改變沒有顯著差異。單蜂1 min組大鼠足趾容積低于其余各組,縮足反應時間高于其余各組,差異顯著(P0.05)。結論:不同蜂針劑量對類風濕性關節(jié)炎大鼠均有一定治療作用,其中單蜂1 min組近期療效最顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of different doses of bee needle on rheumatoid arthritis rats. Methods: 30 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and bee acupuncture treatment group (single bee 1 min group). The body weight and toe volume were observed before and after treatment at Zusanli point for 7 days. Results: compared with the blank group, compared with the blank group, the toe volume of rats in each group increased, the reaction time of foot contraction decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight change. The toe volume of single bee 1 min group was lower than that of other groups, and the reaction time of foot contraction was higher than that of other groups. Conclusion: different doses of bee needle have certain therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis rats, and the short-term curative effect of single bee 1 min group is the most significant.
