【摘要】：目的：觀察顳前線叢刺配合舌咽針治療中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)的臨床療效。方法：本課題觀察將60例患者符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依照入院順序分為兩組,治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。對(duì)照組：男18例,女12例,年齡54.72±9.375(歲),病程32.09±7.347(日),中風(fēng)缺血性25例,中風(fēng)出血性5例,給予常規(guī)針刺治療；治療組：男17例,女13例,平均年齡55.26±±8.015(歲),平均病程31.32±±6.899(天),中風(fēng)缺血性27例,中風(fēng)出血性3例,在常規(guī)針刺治療的基礎(chǔ)上采用顳前線叢刺配合舌咽針治療。兩組治療均為每日1次,留針40分鐘,每周6天,休息1天,共3周。兩組于治療前后分別運(yùn)用改良的漢語(yǔ)失語(yǔ)成套測(cè)驗(yàn)法、功能性語(yǔ)言溝通能力檢查法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),比較觀察兩組療法法對(duì)自發(fā)談話、復(fù)述評(píng)分及日常生活語(yǔ)言溝通能力的影響；運(yùn)用改良的失語(yǔ)癥嚴(yán)重程度分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及改良的漢語(yǔ)失語(yǔ)檢查法好轉(zhuǎn)分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)療效。結(jié)果：1、在治療之前及治療之后,治療組與對(duì)照組雙雙皆采用ABC評(píng)分比較,兩組差異均具有明顯性數(shù)值意義(P0.01)；對(duì)于自發(fā)性談話及重復(fù)表述方面的能力,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。2、在治療之前及治療之后,治療組與對(duì)照組所采用的CFCP評(píng)分量表比較之后,均具有明顯性數(shù)值意義(P0.01),其治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。3、在治療之后,治療組與對(duì)照組兩兩的總有效率分別為86.59%以及79.90%,兩組差別具有明顯性數(shù)值意義(P0.05)；而在于改善失語(yǔ)癥狀的病情程度上,治療組明顯優(yōu)越于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1、顳前線叢刺配合舌咽針可改善中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)患者的自發(fā)談話及復(fù)述功能。2、顳前線叢刺配合舌咽針可改善中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)的日常生活對(duì)語(yǔ)言溝通能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of temporal front needling combined with tongue pharynx acupuncture in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke. Methods: 60 patients with motor aphasia were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. Treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Control group: male 18, female 12, age 54.72 鹵9.375 (age 54.72 鹵9.375), course of disease 32.09 鹵7.347 (d), ischemic stroke 25 cases. Five patients with hemorrhagic stroke were treated with routine acupuncture. In the treatment group, there were 17 males and 13 females with an average age of 55.26 鹵8.015 (mean course 31.32 鹵6.899) and ischemic stroke (27 cases). Three patients with hemorrhagic stroke were treated with temporal-front cluster acupuncture combined with tongue and pharynx acupuncture on the basis of routine acupuncture treatment. The two groups were treated once a day for 40 minutes, 6 days a week, rest for 1 day. Before and after treatment, the two groups were evaluated by modified Chinese aphasia test method and functional language communication ability test, and the two groups were compared to observe the spontaneous conversation between the two groups. The influence of retelling score and daily life language communication ability; The therapeutic effect was evaluated by using the improved Chinese aphasia grading standard and the improved Chinese aphasia examination method. Results: 1, before and after treatment. ABC score was used in both the treatment group and the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.01). The ability of spontaneous conversation and repetition in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.01), before and after treatment. After the comparison of CFCP scale between the treatment group and the control group, it had significant numerical significance, and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05. 3) after the treatment. The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.59% and 79.90 respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). In order to improve the degree of aphasia, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The spontaneous conversation and retelling function of patients with motor aphasia after stroke were improved by temporal-front cluster pricking combined with tongue pharynx acupuncture, and the ability of speech communication in daily life of motor aphasia patients after apoplexy was improved by temporal-front needling combined with tongue pharynx acupuncture.
