【摘要】：目的:觀察研究針刺三陽穴配合八邪穴治療中風(fēng)后腕手功能障礙的臨床療效,為臨床上治療中風(fēng)后腕手功能障礙尋求療效更佳的治療措施。方法:選擇契合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對照組兩個組別:1、治療組:在傳統(tǒng)針刺方法的基礎(chǔ)上配合加刺三陽穴與八邪穴。2、對照組:使用傳統(tǒng)針刺方法。兩組患者進(jìn)行為期4周的治療過程,每一周治療6天,然后暫停治療1天,每天治療1次,每次治療時間為30分鐘�？偗煶探Y(jié)束后,通過Lindmark腕、手功能評分量表、Bathel ADL指數(shù)量表來評價兩組在治療前后的腕手部活動功能及恢復(fù)程度。結(jié)果:針刺三陽穴配合八邪穴的治療組與傳統(tǒng)針刺方法的對照組均能提高Lindmark腕、手功能評分、Bathel ADL指數(shù)量表評分,兩組組內(nèi)治療前后比較,差異顯著(P0.05),說明兩種治療方法均對腕手關(guān)節(jié)活動障礙具有治療作用。治療前,兩組間在兩種評分量表上均無明顯差異(P0.05),治療后,組間比較差異顯著(P0.05),說明治療組在改善腕手功能活動度及上肢日常生活功能上,療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:1、針刺三陽穴配合八邪穴的治療方法與傳統(tǒng)針刺方法均能治療患者中風(fēng)后腕手功能障礙,但治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。2、針刺三陽穴配合八邪穴的針刺方法明顯提高患者中風(fēng)后腕手部的活動范圍及上肢日常生活功能,可應(yīng)用于臨床上治療中風(fēng)后腕手功能障礙,改善患者生活。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture points with three eight evils in the treatment of post stroke wrist hand dysfunction after stroke, for the clinical treatment of wrist hand dysfunction for better curative effect treatment. Methods: fit the inclusion criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of two groups: 1 in treatment group. Based on traditional acupuncture method combined with acupuncture points and three with eight evils:.2, the control group using the traditional acupuncture method. Two groups of patients for treatment of 4 weeks, every week for 6 days, and then suspended for 1 days, for 1 times a day, each treatment time is 30 minutes. After the end of treatment, the Lindmark wrist, hand function score, Bathel ADL index to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment in the wrist and hand function and the degree of recovery. Results: three acupuncture points with control treatment group eight evil points with traditional acupuncture method Group can improve the Lindmark wrist, hand function score, Bathel index, ADL score, two groups before and after treatment comparison, significant difference (P0.05), shows two kinds of treatment methods have therapeutic effect on wrist joint movement disorder. Before the treatment between the two groups in the two kinds of score scale were not significant the difference (P0.05), after treatment, a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), indicating that the treatment group in improving the function of wrist and upper limb function of daily life, the effect is better than the control group. Conclusion: 1 acupuncture points with treatment of Sanyang eight evils and traditional acupuncture methods can wrist after therapy in stroke patients the dysfunction of hands, but the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2 acupuncture points with acupuncture method, three eight evils the scope of activities of daily life and limb function of wrist hand significantly improve patients after stroke, can be applied to the clinical treatment of wrist hand dysfunction after stroke, improve A patient's life.
