【摘要】：目的：應用溫補心腎法,以導師經(jīng)驗方加味桂甘龍牡湯治療失眠患者,觀察其臨床療效,以驗證從心腎陽虛治療失眠的臨床可行性,探討心腎陽虛導致失眠的機理,發(fā)掘中醫(yī)藥治療失眠的方法。方法：選取符合標準的病例60例,隨機分為治療組和對照組各30例,治療組予加味桂甘龍牡湯,水煎服日一劑。對照組予阿昔唑侖口服,每晚1片。兩組均治療4周為1療程,治療4周后判定臨床療效及匹茨睡眠質量指數(shù)評分、TDL生命質量評分的變化。結果：臨床總有效率治療組86.67%,對照組60.00%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理表明,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P=0.000.01)；同時治療組中醫(yī)證候積分、匹茨堡睡眠質量指數(shù)評分、TDL生命質量評分均明顯改善。結論：具有溫補心腎作用的加味桂甘龍牡湯能明顯改善患者的癥狀,并能顯著改善其生理心理狀態(tài),對其個人、家庭、社會大有裨益,從心腎陽虛治療失眠確有良好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Gui Gan long Mu decoction (GDG) in treating insomnia by warming the heart and reinforcing the heart and kidney, and to verify the clinical feasibility of treating insomnia with deficiency of heart and kidney yang. To explore the mechanism of insomnia caused by deficiency of heart and kidney yang and explore the treatment methods of insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 cases of insomnia were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with modified Gui Gan long Mu Tang, one dose of water decoction, and the control group was given aloxazolam orally, one tablet per night. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and the score of pitz sleep quality index were evaluated. Results: the total clinical effective rate was 86.67 in the treatment group and 60.00g in the control group, which was demonstrated by statistical analysis. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P < 0.01). At the same time, the TCM syndromes score, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and TDL quality of life score were improved significantly in the treatment group. Conclusion: the modified Gui Gan long Mu decoction with the effect of warming heart and kidney can obviously improve the symptoms of the patients. It can significantly improve its physiological and psychological state, and is of great benefit to its individual, family and society. There is a good clinical effect in treating insomnia with deficiency of heart and kidney yang.
