【摘要】：目的：本研究旨在以“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)”推拿理論為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)人體背部穴位推拿結(jié)合干姜內(nèi)服對(duì)比單純性干姜內(nèi)服治療尋常型穩(wěn)定期銀屑病進(jìn)行臨床觀察,為銀屑病治療提供創(chuàng)新性的理論依據(jù),并提供有效的治療措施。方法：本臨床療效觀察采取臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)的研究觀察方法,自2015年6月至2016年2月收集馬來(lái)西亞吉隆坡TCM中醫(yī)診所門(mén)診患者,將其中符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的銀屑病患者60例作為臨床研究觀察對(duì)象,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法,分為治療組30例給予“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)”推拿結(jié)合干姜內(nèi)服治療,對(duì)照組30例則為單純性干姜內(nèi)服。整個(gè)療程觀察時(shí)間為兩個(gè)月,在每?jī)芍軐?huì)實(shí)行一次銀屑病皮損面積和嚴(yán)重程度評(píng)分PASI評(píng)分,接著通過(guò)對(duì)比兩組病例治療前后PASI評(píng)分評(píng)定臨床療效。本研究中的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,將治療組與對(duì)照組治療的前后比較,并對(duì)兩組的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與整體療效進(jìn)行評(píng)估比較。結(jié)果：納入本臨床觀察研究的60例病例中,實(shí)際完成臨床治療病例數(shù)“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)”推拿加干姜內(nèi)服”組30例,單純服用干姜組30例�；�情況：兩組病例分別在性別、年齡、年齡分布、病程、PASI前病情分析及治療前評(píng)分的差異上,均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),顯示兩組具有可比性。療效評(píng)價(jià)方面：“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)”推拿集合干姜內(nèi)服治療組與單純性干姜內(nèi)服對(duì)照組均能明顯且有效改善銀屑病患者的整體癥狀,總有效率分別為治療組82.2%和對(duì)照組73.5%,兩組間有明顯差異(P0.05)。在PASI評(píng)分方面,“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)”推拿幾個(gè)干姜內(nèi)服組和單純性干姜內(nèi)服組均能明顯降低評(píng)分,兩組間沒(méi)有明顯差異(P0.05),均對(duì)改善銀屑病的整體癥狀有所療效。結(jié)論：“督脈與膀胱經(jīng)推拿”理論指導(dǎo)銀屑病及服用干姜治療療效顯著,與對(duì)照組相比較,干姜結(jié)合督脈與膀胱經(jīng)推拿的療效并未優(yōu)于單純服用干姜治療,但穴位推拿結(jié)合干姜內(nèi)服有助于縮短病程,并提高療效,而且在遠(yuǎn)期療效持續(xù)性上也較為相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to treat psoriasis vulgaris at stable stage by using massage theory of "du pulse and bladder meridian" as the guidance, and comparing the simple dry ginger internal administration with acupoint massage combined with dry ginger on the back of human body for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. To provide innovative theoretical basis for the treatment of psoriasis, and to provide effective treatment measures. Methods: the clinical efficacy was observed by clinical randomized controlled trial. From June 2015 to February 2016, the outpatients of TCM Clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia were collected. Sixty patients with psoriasis who met the diagnostic criteria and were included in the criteria were selected as the clinical observation objects, and the statistical random digital table method was used. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with "du pulse and bladder meridian" massage combined with ginger orally, while the control group (30 cases) was treated with simple ginger. The whole course of treatment was observed for two months. The psoriasis area and severity score (PASI) will be given once every two weeks. Then the clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the PASI scores before and after treatment in two groups. The statistics in this study were compared with those in the control group by SPSS17.0 software. The indexes of the two groups were evaluated and compared with the overall curative effect. Results: 60 cases were included in this clinical study. The actual number of cases completed clinical treatment "du pulse and bladder meridian" "massage plus ginger" group of 30 cases, only take ginger group of 30 cases. Baseline: two groups of cases in sex, age, age distribution, course of disease. There was no significant difference in the state of illness before PASI and the score before treatment (P 0.05). The results showed that the two groups were comparable. Evaluation of curative effect: "du pulse and bladder meridian" massage collection of ginger treatment group and simple dry ginger oral control group can significantly and effectively improve the overall symptoms of patients with psoriasis. The total effective rate was 82.2% in the treatment group and 73.5 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the PASI score. "du pulse and bladder meridian" massage group and simple ginger group can significantly reduce the score, there is no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: "du meridian and bladder meridian massage" theory to guide psoriasis and take ginger treatment effect is significant, compared with the control group. The curative effect of dry ginger combined with du pulse and bladder meridian massage was not better than that of taking ginger alone, but acupoint massage combined with internal administration of ginger could shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect. And in the long-term efficacy sustainability is relatively stable.
