【摘要】：目的:驗證復(fù)元活血湯加味治療脛腓骨骨折初期的臨床療效。方法:選擇自2014年8月至2015年10月間在山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院(山東省中醫(yī)院)骨科治療的60例脛腓骨骨折的患者,隨機(jī)分組,分為實驗組30例(A組)與對照組30例(B組).兩組患者均行手術(shù)治療。在術(shù)后專人指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的功能鍛煉。在術(shù)前及術(shù)后實驗組(A組)復(fù)元活血湯加味口服(方藥桃仁、紅花、當(dāng)歸、瓜蔞根、甘草、穿山甲、柴胡、大黃,冬瓜皮,牛膝),對照組(B組)未口服中藥制劑。所有患者在入組治療后的指定時間分別觀察患肢腫脹程度,受傷至手術(shù)的時間,切口愈合時間等指標(biāo),術(shù)后根據(jù)就Johner-Wruhs評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),系統(tǒng)分析評定其臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.術(shù)前用藥后患肢腫脹及疼痛的減輕程度:實驗組對照組;受傷至手術(shù)的時間:實驗組對照組。2.術(shù)后用藥后腫脹程度的變化:實驗組對照組;切口愈合時間:實驗組對照組;愈合等級:實驗組優(yōu)于對照組。3.Johner-Wruhs:實驗組對照組結(jié)論:復(fù)元活血湯加味有利于脛腓骨骨折的消腫,縮短了受傷至手術(shù)的時間,對并發(fā)癥的防治起到了積極的作用,在臨床上值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to verify the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the early stage of tibia and fibula fracture. Methods: from August 2014 to October 2015, selected from the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Shandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital). There were 60 cases of tibia and fibula fracture treated by orthopedics. Random grouping. Divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in both groups were treated by operation. Fuyuan Huoxue decoction oral (prescription peach kernel. Safflower, Angelica sinensis, trichosanthes root, licorice, pangolin, Bupleurum, rhubarb, winter gourd skin, Achyranthes bidentata). Control group B) no oral Chinese medicine preparation. According to the evaluation criteria of Johner-Wruhs, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by systematic analysis after operation. Results: 1. The degree of swelling and pain relief of the affected limbs after preoperative medication: the control group; The time from injury to operation: experimental group control group 2.The change of swelling degree after medication: experimental group control group; Wound healing time: experimental group control group; Healing grade: the experimental group is superior to the control group. 3. Johner-Wruhs: the experimental group conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue decoction is beneficial to the detumescence of tibia and fibula fracture and shortens the time from injury to operation. It plays a positive role in the prevention and treatment of complications and is worth popularizing in clinic.
