【摘要】：目的:本次研究以氣郁痰阻型反流性食管炎作為臨床療效的觀察點(diǎn),比較越鞠丸合烏貝散加減與西藥泮托拉唑鈉腸溶片(泰美尼克)聯(lián)合多潘立酮(嗎丁啉)對(duì)此證型患者癥狀的改善情況,從而為反流性食管炎的中醫(yī)臨床研究提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:按照隨機(jī)、對(duì)照的研究方法,將60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的反流性食管炎的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中試驗(yàn)組30例,對(duì)照組30例。試驗(yàn)組以越鞠丸合烏貝散加減(中藥湯劑每日300ml分早晚兩次溫服)治療;對(duì)照組以泰美尼克(40mg,一日一次,晨起空腹口服),嗎丁啉(10mg,一日三次,早中晚三餐前半小時(shí)口服)治療,療程均為兩個(gè)月。以臨床癥狀積分為療效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),觀察兩組治療前后各癥狀積分及相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化情況,并采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組臨床痊愈2例,顯效12例,有效15例,無效1例,總有效率為96.67%;對(duì)照組臨床痊愈0例,顯效6例,有效19例,無效5例,總有效率為83.33%;兩組治療后臨床綜合療效經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)分析得:P=0.01(P0.05),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,提示試驗(yàn)組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:越鞠丸合烏貝散加減是治療氣郁痰阻型反流性食管炎的安全有效方劑,本方在改善患者臨床癥狀方面及消除食管粘膜炎癥方面均不低于西藥對(duì)照組,值得在臨床中進(jìn)一步研究及推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of reflux esophagitis with Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction. To compare the improvement of symptoms between Yueju Pill and Wubei Powder and western medicine pam Tora sodium enteric-coated tablet (Tamenick) combined with domperidone (morpholine). Methods: according to the randomized and controlled study, 60 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups. There were 30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with 40 mg of Titanic, once in the morning, once in the morning, 10 mg in the morning, 3 times in 1st, half an hour before the meal. The course of treatment was two months. Taking the clinical symptom score as the therapeutic evaluation index, the changes of each symptom score and related indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results: in the trial group, 2 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 15 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.677.Results: 2 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.67%. In the control group, there were 0 cases of clinical cure, 6 cases of remarkable effect, 19 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.33; The clinical comprehensive curative effect of two groups after treatment was analyzed by rank sum test, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Yueju pill combined with Wubei powder is a safe and effective prescription for treating reflux esophagitis of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type. In improving the clinical symptoms of patients and eliminating the inflammation of esophagus mucosa, this prescription is not lower than the control group of western medicine, which is worthy of further study and application in clinical practice.
