【摘要】：該研究基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)(TCMISS),分析《中國醫(yī)學(xué)百科全書——藏醫(yī)學(xué)》、《藏醫(yī)成方制劑現(xiàn)代研究與臨床應(yīng)用》、《常用藏成藥詮釋》等中含訶子藏藥組方規(guī)律。應(yīng)用該平臺(tái)V2.5軟件,將含訶子的方劑構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用軟件關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則apriori算法、改進(jìn)的互信息法等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,分析含訶子藏藥中的常用藥物、藥物組合頻次、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則與核心藥物組合等。對(duì)502首含訶子藏藥分析后,總結(jié)出訶子常用藥物組合14個(gè),其所用藥物多具有清熱解毒、活血止痛、溫中理氣之功;主治疾病640種,其中使用頻率較高(頻率≥12)的有22種疾病。選擇高頻疾病"赤巴病"、"陳舊熱癥"、"食物中毒"對(duì)比分析得出訶子治療不同疾病的核心藥物組合。通過TCMISS對(duì)含訶子藏藥進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,總結(jié)了訶子的臨床組方規(guī)律和常用藥物組合特點(diǎn),為其臨床應(yīng)用和新藥研發(fā)提供參考與新思路。
[Abstract]:This study was based on TCMISS, an auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to analyze the Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicine-Tibetan Medicine, and the Modern Research and Clinical Application of traditional Tibetan Medicine prescription.
