【摘要】：為探尋阿納其根的生物活性成分,對(duì)其抗腫瘤活性部位化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,主要抗腫瘤活性部位為二氯甲烷部位和乙酸乙酯部位。從阿納其根的二氯甲烷部位和乙酸乙酯部位共分離得到10個(gè)單體成分,其中,包括7個(gè)N-烷基酰胺類生物堿、1個(gè)香豆素和2個(gè)黃酮苷。分別為十四-2E,4E,8E-三烯酸-4-羥基苯乙胺(1)、十-2E,4E-二烯酸異丁基胺(2)、十一-2E,4E-二烯-8,10二炔酸苯乙胺(3)、十四-2E,4E-二烯酸-4-羥基苯乙胺(4)、十四-2E,4E-二烯-8,10-二炔-異丁基胺(5)、十-2E,4E-二烯酸苯乙胺(6)、十二-2E,4E-二烯酸苯乙胺(7)、異莨菪亭(8)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、異鼠李素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)�；钚圆课环蛛x得到的化合物1為1個(gè)新的化合物,化合物2~4,化合物8~10為首次從該植物中分離得到。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the bioactive components of Anchorage root, the chemical constituents of its antitumor active site were studied. The main antitumor sites were dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. Ten monomers were isolated from the dichloromethane and ethyl acetate parts of Anakin. It consists of 7 N-alkylamine alkaloids, 1 coumarin and 2 flavonoid glycosides, which are 14 -2E ~ (4E) E ~ (8) E ~ (8) -hydroxyphenylethylamine and 10 ~ (-2E) E, respectively. 4E- dienoic acid isobutylamine 2n, 11-2E- 4E- diene-8 dienoic acid phenylethylamine 3, 14-2E- 4E- dienoic acid-4- hydroxyphenylethylamine, 14-2e. 4E- diene-8-diene-iso-butylamine (5), 10-2E- (4E-) -phenylethylamine (6), 12 -2E- (4E-) -phenylethylamine (7e), isoscopolamine (8). Quercetin -7-O- 尾 -Dpyranoside, isorhamne-7-O- 尾 -Dpyranoside, isorhamne-7-O- 尾 -Dpyranoside 10. The active fraction of compound 1 is a new compound. Compound 2: 4 and compound 8-10 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
