【摘要】：目的:通過對“頭痛2號方”治療血虛肝亢型慢性緊張型頭痛的臨床療效觀察,并且探討該病發(fā)生的中醫(yī)基本病機及辨證治療思路,以期為該病的臨床治療提供新方法。方法:選取32例門診患者,分為試驗組(17例)服用頭痛2號方以及對照組(15例)服用養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒,療程30天。以患者各自的癥狀、體征情況為主要觀察指標(biāo),評價本藥對血虛肝亢型慢性緊張型頭痛的療效。結(jié)果:1.試驗組的總療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。頭痛2號方對改善頭痛指數(shù)(P0.05)、降低焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分和抑郁自評量表(SDS)評分(P0.05)的作用均比對照組明顯。2.頭痛2號方明顯改善患者的中醫(yī)癥狀總分,比對照組優(yōu)勢明顯(P0.01)。其中兩組除了失眠多夢一項(P0.05)無顯著差異外,在頭脹痛(P0.05)、頭暈頭昏(P0.05)、心煩易怒(P0.01)、遇勞加重(P0.05)、納呆食少(P0.05)幾個方面都有不同程度的改善。3.治療期間暫未發(fā)現(xiàn)藥物不良反應(yīng)和毒副作用。結(jié)論:頭痛2號方能有效緩解頭痛,減少緊張、焦慮情緒,改善伴隨癥狀,且具有較高的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of "headache No. 2" on chronic tension-type headache with hyperactivity of liver due to deficiency of blood, and to explore the basic pathogenesis of the disease and the thinking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Methods: 32 outpatients were divided into trial group (n = 17) and control group (n = 15). The course of treatment was 30 days. The symptoms and signs of the patients were taken as the main observation index. To evaluate the curative effect of this medicine on chronic tension headache with hyperactivity of liver due to deficiency of blood. Results the total curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The effect of reducing SAS score and SDS score were significantly higher than that of the control group. 2. The total score of TCM symptom was improved by "headache No.2" prescription. There was no significant difference between the two groups except insomnia and dreamy (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pain of head pain (P0.05A), dizziness and dizziness (P0.05). Perturbed and irritable, P0.01and aggravated by labor (P0.05). Drug adverse reactions and side effects have not been found during the treatment. Conclusion: headache No.2 can effectively relieve headache and reduce tension. Anxiety, improvement of accompanying symptoms, and high safety.
