【摘要】：目的:觀察解毒清肺飲聯(lián)合火針治療熱毒蘊(yùn)膚型酒渣鼻的臨床療效和安全性。方法:所有入選病例均源于2016年2月～2017年3月期間就診于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院的患者。選取72例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的酒渣鼻(熱毒蘊(yùn)膚型)患者為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分成兩組,即治療組和對(duì)照組各36例。其中予治療組以口服解毒清肺飲聯(lián)合火針療法;予對(duì)照組以口服丹參酮膠囊聯(lián)合火針療法。療程均為6周,分別于治療2、4、6周觀察其療效,同時(shí)對(duì)療前及療后二者的皮損情況、主觀癥狀、不良反應(yīng)等加以觀察并記錄。采取統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析二者的差異,而后進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,由此判定治療組解毒清肺飲聯(lián)合火針的總體療效及安全性。結(jié)果:1、療后2周兩組患者的皮損、癥狀評(píng)分分值均有降低;治療4周后,治療組與對(duì)照組療效相較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;療后6周二組皮損評(píng)分及癥狀評(píng)分相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。2、結(jié)果顯示:治療組的總有效率為88.89%,對(duì)照組總有效率為69.44%,二者相較,差異顯著(P0.05),說明治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組3、治療組患者的不良反應(yīng)率和復(fù)發(fā)率均低于對(duì)照組,相比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、解毒清肺飲聯(lián)合火針療法能有效降低酒渣鼻(熱毒蘊(yùn)膚型)的皮損和癥狀積分,且療效強(qiáng)于對(duì)照組。2、解毒清肺飲聯(lián)合火針療法是治療酒渣鼻(熱毒蘊(yùn)膚型)安全有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of jiedu Qingfei decoction combined with fire acupuncture in treating rosacea with heat toxin and skin accumulation. All patients were selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to March 2017. 72 cases of rosacea (. Heat toxin skin type) patients as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The control group was treated with oral tanshinone capsule combined with fire needle therapy. The course of treatment was 6 weeks. Adverse reactions were observed and recorded. The difference between them was analyzed by statistical method, and then comprehensive evaluation was made to determine the overall efficacy and safety of detoxification and Qingfei drink combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment group. Results: 1. After 2 weeks of treatment, the skin lesion and symptom score of the two groups were all decreased. After 4 weeks of treatment, the curative effects of the treatment group and the control group were statistically different, and the treatment group was better than the control group. There was a significant difference in the scores of skin lesions and symptoms 6 Tuesday after treatment. The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89, and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.44%. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P 0.05), indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. ConclusionThe combination of jiedu Qingfei decoction and fire acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce the skin damage and symptom score of rosacea (heat toxin skin accumulation type), and the curative effect is stronger than that of the control group (.2%). Jiedu Qingfei decoction combined with fire acupuncture therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of rosacea.
