【摘要】：目的:對比解肌退熱方和清開靈顆粒治療外感發(fā)熱患者的臨床療效,并探討其組方原理和作用機(jī)制。方法:根據(jù)外感發(fā)熱的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和病例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取自愿參與研究的60例發(fā)熱患者,按照隨機(jī)分配的原則,分為觀察組和對照組,每組30人,受試患者就診前未服用退熱藥物,觀察組給予協(xié)定方解肌退熱方水煎服方案,對照組選用清開靈顆粒治療,兩組均為常規(guī)用量。治療3天后,觀察治療前后兩組患者的癥狀評分變化情況、服藥后有效率,治療前后外周血白細(xì)胞總數(shù)及中性粒細(xì)胞百分比、單核細(xì)胞百分比的變化情況,服藥后退熱時間,通過對比,判斷解肌退熱方的療效。結(jié)果:通過比較兩組患者服藥后各項(xiàng)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),在服藥后退熱時間、癥狀積分、白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞百分比變化和有效率方面觀察組優(yōu)于對照組,(P0.05);單核細(xì)胞百分比變化兩組無明顯差別,(P0.05)。結(jié)論:解肌退熱方能有效降低外感發(fā)熱患者的體溫,改善患者的臨床癥狀、體征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of Jieji antipyretic prescription and Qingkailing granule in the treatment of patients with external fever, and to explore the principle and mechanism of the prescription. Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of external fever and the inclusion criteria of cases. Sixty patients with fever who volunteered to participate in the study were divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) according to the principle of random distribution. The patients did not take antipyretic drugs before going to hospital. The observation group was given the decoction of decoction of Shuijiefeng decoction, while the control group was treated with Qingkailing granule, the two groups were treated with routine dosage. After 3 days of treatment, the changes of symptom score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. The effective rate, the percentage of neutrophils and neutrophils in peripheral blood before and after treatment, the change of percentage of monocyte, the time of antipyretic after taking medicine, were compared. Results: by comparing the monitoring data of two groups of patients after taking medicine, the time of antipyretic, symptom score and the total number of white blood cells after taking medicine were compared. The percentage change and effective rate of neutrophils in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the percentage of monocytes between the two groups. Conclusion: JJ antipyretic prescription can effectively reduce the body temperature of patients with external fever and improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients.
