【摘要】：杜元灝教授首次提出"針灸病譜"概念,并劃分和建立了16個(gè)系統(tǒng)的循證針灸病譜以及效能針灸等級(jí)病譜,指出針灸治療的病癥已達(dá)532種;在長(zhǎng)期的針灸臨床診療實(shí)踐中重視調(diào)理腦神,形成了"調(diào)神針?lè)?思想,創(chuàng)立了"調(diào)神疏肝針刺法"和"調(diào)神益腎針刺法";提出了穴性概念,將腧穴性能概括為補(bǔ)瀉性能、趨勢(shì)性能、入分性能、類屬性能四大方面,提出針灸處方兩大要素為穴位和刺灸法;在臨床實(shí)踐中非常重視針灸刺激量效關(guān)系,提倡足量刺激。
[Abstract]:Professor du Yuanhao put forward the concept of "disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion" for the first time, and divided and established 16 systematic disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion based on evidence and effective spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion, and pointed out that 532 kinds of diseases have been treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. In the long-term clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion, attention is paid to regulating the brain and mind, forming the thought of "regulating the mind and acupuncture method", creating the "acupuncture method of regulating the mind and soothing the liver" and "the acupuncture method of regulating the mind and nourishing the kidney"; This paper puts forward the concept of acupoint nature, and summarizes the performance of acupoints as four aspects: reinforcing and reducing performance, tendency performance, entry performance and ability of similar properties, and puts forward two major elements of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription: acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion. In clinical practice, great importance is attached to the relationship between acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation, and adequate stimulation is advocated.
