【摘要】：無(wú)論是哪個(gè)系統(tǒng)的疾病,只要是重病、久病、怪病,被判定為所謂的癌前病變以及尚缺乏有效醫(yī)療干預(yù)手段的疾病,大多數(shù)患者具有不同程度的郁證表現(xiàn)。在臨床實(shí)踐中,醫(yī)者注重的是解決患者軀體的病變,而忽視因病致郁對(duì)病勢(shì)和病情轉(zhuǎn)歸的直接影響。因病致郁能加重原發(fā)疾病,延長(zhǎng)治療周期,降低患者治療的依從性,從而導(dǎo)致醫(yī)者對(duì)原發(fā)疾病的干預(yù)更加困難化。因病致郁對(duì)原發(fā)疾病的病勢(shì)和病情轉(zhuǎn)歸產(chǎn)生影響時(shí),應(yīng)兼顧治療郁證或轉(zhuǎn)向以治療郁證為主,這有助于治療原發(fā)疾病和提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Diseases of any system, as long as they are serious, chronic, or strange, are defined as so-called precancerous lesions and diseases that lack effective medical intervention. Most patients have different degrees of depression symptoms. In clinical practice, the focus of doctors is to solve the disease of the patient's body. But ignore the direct influence of depression caused by illness on the disease state and outcome. The depression caused by disease can aggravate the primary disease, prolong the treatment cycle, and reduce the compliance of the patients. Therefore, it is more difficult for the doctor to intervene in the primary disease. When the depression caused by the disease has an effect on the disease tendency and the outcome of the primary disease, the treatment of depression syndrome or the treatment of depression syndrome should be taken into account. This is helpful to treat primary diseases and improve clinical efficacy.
