【摘要】：系統(tǒng)整理古今督脈病候內(nèi)容并重新認(rèn)識其內(nèi)涵。搜集古今醫(yī)籍、文獻(xiàn)中與督脈病候相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,對其進(jìn)行聚類、分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),古代對督脈病候的認(rèn)識主要包含與督脈循行部位、聯(lián)系器官以及功能失調(diào)有關(guān)的疾病,現(xiàn)代督脈病候涉及脊柱、神經(jīng)、呼吸、消化、泌尿生殖、頭面五官等方面,古今對于督脈病候的內(nèi)涵界定和范疇認(rèn)識有著高度相似性。對比督脈病候與脊柱相關(guān)疾病,認(rèn)為二者極有可能是東西方不同醫(yī)學(xué)背景下內(nèi)容高度重合的兩個(gè)概念。
[Abstract]:Collect the ancient and modern medical books, literature and related content of the disease, cluster it, and find it after analysis. Ancient understanding of du pulse disease mainly includes diseases related to the position of du vein along the vein, connecting organs and dysfunction. Modern du vein disease involves spinal column, nerve, respiration, digestion, and urinary reproduction. In the aspect of head and facial features, there is a high similarity in the definition of the connotation and category of the symptoms of du vessel disease in ancient and modern times, and the comparison between the symptoms of du vein disease and the diseases related to the spine. It is very likely that the two concepts are highly coincident with each other in different medical backgrounds of the East and the West.
