【摘要】：中醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為心具有主血和藏神的功能,中醫(yī)學(xué)"形神一體觀"在雙心疾病治療中有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。臨床中心悸患者往往自覺(jué)心中悸動(dòng)不安,同時(shí)多兼見(jiàn)抑郁焦慮等不良情緒,二者形成惡性循環(huán),致心悸頻發(fā)。基于中醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)心的生理特點(diǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)及現(xiàn)代雙心醫(yī)學(xué)的雙心同治思想,注重形神共治,臨診通過(guò)活血、養(yǎng)血、解郁、化痰、滋陰、清火調(diào)理心神而將安神貫穿治療始終,同時(shí)不忘心理疏導(dǎo),主張因人制宜,雙心同調(diào),兼顧疾病和心理。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the heart has hidden blood and main function of God, "the body and spirit" of traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of heart disease in clinical center.
