【摘要】：目的:建立寒凝血瘀型家兔模型。方法:采用冰冷刺激的方法復(fù)制寒凝血瘀家兔模型,將20只家兔按體重隨機(jī)分為(1)空白對(duì)照組,(2)模型一組,(3)模型二組,(4)模型三組,(5)模型四組,每組4只,采用體征觀察、微循環(huán)觀測(cè)、血液流變學(xué)檢測(cè)、凝血象檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)寒凝血瘀家兔模型的可靠性。結(jié)果:造模后,模型組(共4組)家兔與空白組家兔相比,精神欠佳,飲食及飲水量減少,二便稀少,耳朵和眼睛的微血管屈曲有分叉,血液中的全血還原黏度和全血黏度增加,纖維蛋白原有所升高。結(jié)論:上述方法建立的寒凝血瘀家兔模型符合中醫(yī)證候特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)病理生理學(xué)基礎(chǔ),具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a rabbit model of cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods: 20 rabbits with cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups according to their body weight. (3) Model group 2: 4) Model group 3: 5) Model group, 4 rats in each group, physical sign observation, microcirculation observation and hemorheology test were used. Results: after the establishment of the model, compared with the blank group, the model group (4 groups) had poor mental state, reduced diet and drinking water, and scarce stool. The microvascular flexion of the ears and eyes has a bifurcation, and the whole blood reduction viscosity and the whole blood viscosity in the blood increase. Conclusion: the rabbit model of cold coagulation and blood stasis established by the above method accords with the characteristics of TCM syndromes and the pathophysiology of modern medicine and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
