【摘要】：目的觀察頸椎生理曲度改變壓痛點(diǎn)的分布規(guī)律,為臨床診療提供依據(jù)。方法以150例頸椎生理曲度異常者為研究對(duì)象,按照解剖位置從淺至深,從上至下,循序漸進(jìn)查找研究對(duì)象周身壓痛點(diǎn)較集中部位,確定壓痛點(diǎn)的分布規(guī)律和疼痛量化評(píng)分。結(jié)果 150例患者身上共找出22處壓痛點(diǎn)部位,分布于頸椎局部、肩部、背腹部及四肢處。以頸椎橫突區(qū)、岡下窩、背伸肌群、腹直肌區(qū)、尺神經(jīng)溝等部位壓痛點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)率偏高,以頸椎橫突區(qū)和背伸肌群壓痛最明顯;壓痛點(diǎn)部位的出現(xiàn)位置在十四經(jīng)循行路線上皆有分布,且與相應(yīng)經(jīng)脈腧穴重合。結(jié)論頸椎生理曲度改變壓痛點(diǎn)分布范圍甚廣,且與經(jīng)脈腧穴密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the distribution of tenderness points of cervical vertebrae physiological curvature change, and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 150 patients with abnormal cervical vertebrae physiological curvature were studied from superficial to deep, from top to bottom according to the anatomical position. The distribution of tenderness points and the quantitative score of pain were determined. Results A total of 22 tenderness points were found in 150 patients and distributed in cervical vertebrae. The incidence of tenderness was higher in the transverse process of cervical spine, inferior fossa, extensor dorsi group, rectus abdominis area, ulnar nerve sulcus and so on, especially in the transverse process of cervical vertebra and extensor dorsi group. The location of tenderness points was distributed along 14 meridians and coincided with the corresponding meridians and acupoints. Conclusion the distribution of tenderness points in cervical vertebrae is very wide and is closely related to acupoints of meridians.
