【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥向來(lái)以開(kāi)放的姿態(tài)兼收并蓄博采眾長(zhǎng),并在不斷的創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐中使自身的理論體系得以豐富發(fā)展。以史為鑒,在新形勢(shì)下引入外來(lái)藥物,可以吸納國(guó)外優(yōu)秀品種和最新研究成果以取其精華為我所用。文章對(duì)外來(lái)中藥進(jìn)行了概念分析,概括總結(jié)了引入外來(lái)中藥的歷史沿革,詳細(xì)分析了外來(lái)藥物引入現(xiàn)狀,指出賦予外來(lái)藥物中藥藥性是其“中藥化”的關(guān)鍵。文章以臨床中藥學(xué)科在中藥藥性領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐為依托,明確提出外來(lái)藥物中藥藥性研究思路與方法:即在中醫(yī)藥理論指導(dǎo)下,綜合應(yīng)用中藥藥性現(xiàn)代研究方法,通過(guò)“文獻(xiàn)研究→理論探討→藥性驗(yàn)證→臨床實(shí)踐”路徑研究外來(lái)藥物的中藥性能,為其進(jìn)入中醫(yī)臨床提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine has always been open to the attitude of eclectic and eclectic, and in the continuous innovation and practice of their own theoretical system can be enriched and developed. Learn from history, the introduction of foreign drugs in the new situation. Can absorb the foreign excellent varieties and the latest research results in order to extract its essence for our own use. The article has carried on the concept analysis to the foreign Chinese medicine, summarized the historical evolution of the introduction of foreign Chinese medicine. The present situation of introduction of foreign drugs is analyzed in detail, and it is pointed out that endowing foreign medicine with traditional Chinese medicine is the key to its "TCM". This article relies on the practice of clinical Chinese medicine in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper puts forward the thinking and method of the research on the medicinal properties of foreign drugs.
