【摘要】：目的：整理、歸納《傷寒論》脈學(xué)理論,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)其脈學(xué)規(guī)律和特色,以之指導(dǎo)臨床,以提高臨床療效。方法：整理《傷寒論》文獻(xiàn),以《內(nèi)經(jīng)》始?xì)v代文獻(xiàn)作為參考,從傷寒單體脈象、六經(jīng)脈象、脈癥關(guān)系及臨床運(yùn)用角度,探討《傷寒論》脈學(xué)理論的規(guī)律,從而更好的指導(dǎo)臨床。結(jié)果：脈診是中醫(yī)四診之一,是中醫(yī)診斷疾病的重要特殊手法,其對(duì)臨床辨證有重要的指導(dǎo)意義�！秱摗凡⒎敲}學(xué)專著,但脈學(xué)在《傷寒論》中占有極其重要的地位,其脈學(xué)理論與《內(nèi)經(jīng)》《難經(jīng)》脈學(xué)理論一脈相承。但因其并未單獨(dú)探討脈學(xué)理論,而是將脈理融入條文,成為臨床實(shí)踐的具體載體,故與理法方藥的每一方面都有密切的聯(lián)系,貫穿辨證論治的每一環(huán)節(jié),是仲景學(xué)術(shù)思想體系中不可忽視的瑰寶。結(jié)論：仲景脈學(xué)理論靈活生動(dòng),結(jié)合自身臨床實(shí)踐,形成了具有仲景特色的脈學(xué)理論體系,展現(xiàn)了對(duì)脈學(xué)實(shí)用性的重視。其部分脈象與后世脈象相比獨(dú)具特色,在臨床意義上也有特殊之處。故以仲景所述特征脈為綱,分析、歸納其脈理意義,以脈癥相參的方法,討論仲景脈學(xué)理論,認(rèn)真總結(jié)仲景脈法各種脈象的組成要素以及其在病證中所具有的臨床意義,對(duì)比同病異脈或同脈異病所代表的臨床意義,通過(guò)深入詳細(xì)的研究,明確仲景脈學(xué)理論重視陰陽(yáng)理論在脈學(xué)的應(yīng)用,重視脈學(xué)理論在臨床實(shí)踐中與癥候的動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)系,并提出了“觀其脈證,知犯何逆,隨證治之”的重要辨證原則。
[Abstract]:Objective: to sort out and summarize the theory of pulse theory, systematically summarize its meridian law and characteristics, and guide the clinic to improve the clinical curative effect. Methods: to sort out the literature of febrile typhoid theory. Based on the literature of the beginning dynasties of the Inner Classic, this paper discusses the law of pulse theory of typhoid fever from the angle of pulse, six meridians, pulse syndrome and clinical application. Results: pulse diagnosis is one of the four diagnoses of TCM, it is an important special technique for the diagnosis of diseases in TCM, and it has important guiding significance for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs. The Treatise of febrile Diseases is not a monograph of pulsation. But pulsology plays an extremely important role in the Treatise of febrile Diseases, and its pulsology theory is in the same vein with that of the Nei Jing. However, because it does not discuss the theory of pulsology alone, it incorporates the theory of pulse theory into the text. Become the specific carrier of clinical practice, so there is a close relationship with every aspect of the prescription and prescription, which runs through every link of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Conclusion: Zhongjing meridian theory is flexible and vivid, combined with its own clinical practice, formed a Zhongjing characteristics of the pulse theory system. It shows the importance of the practicability of pulse science. Some of the pulse images are unique compared with the later generation pulse, and also have special clinical significance. Therefore, taking the characteristics of Zhongjing as the outline, this paper analyzes and summarizes the significance of the pulse mechanism. The theory of Zhongjing pulsology is discussed with the method of pulse syndrome, and the components of pulse phenomenon of Zhongjing pulse method and its clinical significance in disease and syndromes are summarized. Compare the clinical significance of the same disease or the same pulse and different disease, through the in-depth and detailed study, it is clear that Zhongjing pulse theory attaches importance to the application of Yin and Yang theory in pulsology. Pay attention to the dynamic relation between pulse theory and symptoms in clinical practice, and put forward the important dialectical principle of "observing its pulse syndrome, knowing what to do with it and treating it with syndrome".
