【摘要】：目的:觀察靈龜八法治療脾胃虛弱型泄瀉患者的臨床療效,為臨床治療該病提供依據(jù)。方法:將確診的60例脾胃虛弱型泄瀉患者,按1:1的比例隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各30例。治療組運(yùn)用靈龜八法治療,對(duì)照組常規(guī)針刺治療。共治療2個(gè)療程,并記錄下兩組患者治療前、1個(gè)療程后、2個(gè)療程后的中醫(yī)癥狀積分的變化。最后采集的數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS22.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:治療前兩組病例的年齡、性別、病程、病情程度等一般資料無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),具有可比性。治療一個(gè)療程后,治療組治愈4例,顯效16例,有效6例,無(wú)效4例,總有效率86.67%;對(duì)照組治愈2例,顯效10例,有效10例,無(wú)效8例,總有效率73.33%,治療組和對(duì)照組療效比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),同時(shí)根據(jù)治療前,第一、二療程的積分經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,兩組時(shí)間和處理方式有交互作用(F=7.106,P0.01),說(shuō)明兩組在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)的癥狀積分變化趨勢(shì)不盡相同,且均有下降的趨勢(shì)。兩組癥狀積分不同時(shí)間之間有非常顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(F=421.559,P0.001),治療組、對(duì)照組均如此(分別為F=319.487,P0.001;F=146.076,P0.001)。治療組治療一個(gè)療程后的癥狀積分較對(duì)照組低4.00分,表明靈龜八法在治療脾胃虛弱型泄瀉在第1個(gè)療程中療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺,具體體現(xiàn)在腹瀉、腹痛、便膿血癥狀積分治療組低于對(duì)照組上。治療到第二個(gè)療程后,兩組療效比較,觀察組治愈9例,顯效15例,有效3例,無(wú)效3例,總有效率為90.00%;對(duì)照組治愈7例,顯效9例,有效10例,無(wú)效4例,對(duì)照組的總有效率為86.67%。兩組療效經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)Z=-1.538,P=0.124,P0.5。說(shuō)明靈龜八法治療和常規(guī)治療在遠(yuǎn)期療效中相差不明顯。結(jié)論:1.靈龜八法和常規(guī)針刺治療脾胃虛弱型泄瀉都有效果。2.靈龜八法治療脾胃虛弱型泄瀉具有起效快的優(yōu)勢(shì),尤其在改善腹瀉、腹痛、便膿血、食少、神疲懶言和噯氣方面起效快。3、靈龜八法取穴少,療效快,可選擇為治療脾胃虛弱型泄瀉的一個(gè)好方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy in patients with spleen and stomach type diarrhea, provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: 60 cases of patients with diarrhea of spleen and stomach type, according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used Lingui eight law treatment, the control group routine the acupuncture treatment. A total of 2 courses of treatment, and record the two groups of patients before treatment, after 1 courses of treatment, changes of TCM symptom score after 2 cycles. Finally, the collected data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results: age, gender of cases in two groups before treatment, course of disease, no significant difference the general data of severity (P0.05), comparable. After a course of treatment, 4 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.67%; control group 2 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33% The curative effect, the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant (P0.05), according to the score before treatment, first, second course of statistical analysis, two groups of time and treatment interaction (F=7.106, P0.01), indicating the change trend of the two integral group at different time point the symptoms are not the same, and there was a downward trend there were very significant differences between the two groups symptoms in different time (F=421.559, P0.001), treatment group, control group were so (respectively F=319.487, P0.001; F=146.076, P0.001). The treatment group after a course of treatment, the symptom score was lower than that in control group 4, showed that the eight methods of intelligent turtle in the treatment of spleen and stomach in the first type of diarrhea treatment efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture, embodied in abdominal pain, diarrhea, sepsis and symptom scores of the treatment group than the control group. The treatment to second after treatment, the curative effect between the two groups, the observation group 9 cases were cured, 1 markedly effective In 5 cases, 3 cases were effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%; the control group 7 cases were cured, 9 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of the control group for the 86.67%. effect of the two groups by rank test Z=-1.538, P=0.124, P0.5. eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy is in the long-term curative effect is not obvious. Conclusion: 1. eight methods of intelligent turtle and conventional acupuncture treatment of spleen and stomach type diarrhea is the effect of.2. eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy with rapid onset of the advantage of the weakness of the spleen and stomach type diarrhea, especially in the improvement of diarrhea, abdominal pain, and pus and blood, eat less, Shenpi lazy words and belching the benefits of fast.3. Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle acupoints, fast curative effect, can choose a good method for the treatment of spleen and stomach type diarrhea.
