【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)整理王立忠教授治療偏頭痛的學(xué)術(shù)思想與臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),豐富中醫(yī)辨治偏頭痛的理論體系,傳承王立忠教授治療偏頭痛的學(xué)術(shù)思想。方法:通過跟師隨診,實(shí)時(shí)采集病歷,整理病歷,查閱、收集王老的手稿、筆記、論文、著作、心得體會(huì)、醫(yī)案、經(jīng)驗(yàn)方,帶教學(xué)生及繼承人論文、跟師心得和筆記,以及拜訪請(qǐng)教老師等方式,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究和理論分析,論述王立忠教授的治學(xué)理念、學(xué)術(shù)淵源、對(duì)偏頭痛的病因病機(jī)認(rèn)識(shí)及臨床辨治方法,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)王立忠教授診治偏頭痛的獨(dú)特學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:論文主要從學(xué)術(shù)淵源及治學(xué)理念、治療偏頭痛的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等兩個(gè)部分闡述了王立忠教授治療偏頭痛的學(xué)術(shù)思想:1.學(xué)術(shù)淵源及治學(xué)理念:主要從求學(xué)歷程、學(xué)習(xí)方法、臨證心得等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。2.治療偏頭痛的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn):主要從王教授治療偏頭痛的思辨特點(diǎn)、臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)、用藥特點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行了整理,重點(diǎn)闡述了王教授治療偏頭痛的八證:風(fēng)寒濕夾雜證、風(fēng)火夾痰證、肝陽上亢證、氣虛痰阻證、肝郁夾痰證、腎精不足證、氣滯血瘀證、風(fēng)痰瘀阻證;八法:祛風(fēng)散寒除濕通絡(luò)法、熄風(fēng)化痰解痙止痛法、平肝潛陽通絡(luò)止痛法、益氣健脾化痰通絡(luò)法、疏肝解郁清熱和胃法、補(bǔ)腎填精法、疏肝理氣通竅止痛法、熄風(fēng)化痰活血通絡(luò)法。結(jié)論:王立忠教授對(duì)于偏頭痛的治療重視中醫(yī)理論,強(qiáng)調(diào)臟腑相關(guān),衷中參西,辨證與辨病相結(jié)合,詳審病因病機(jī),強(qiáng)調(diào)未病先防;王立忠教授對(duì)于偏頭痛病因病機(jī)認(rèn)識(shí)詳實(shí),提出治療的八證、八法,選方用藥獨(dú)具特色,應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行傳承與發(fā)揚(yáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Wang Lizhong in treating migraine systematically, enrich the theoretical system of TCM in treating migraine, inheritance of Professor Wang Lizhong's academic thoughts in treating migraine. Methods: with the teacher to follow-up, collect medical records, sorting records, inspection, collection of Wang Lao's manuscripts, notes, papers, books, experience, medical records that experience, teaching students and teachers experience with the successor, and notes, and ask the teacher to visit etc., combined with literature research and theoretical analysis, discusses professor Wang Lizhong's academic ideas, academic origin, etiology and pathogenesis of migraine and clinical treatment methods, unique academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Wang Lizhong system the diagnosis and treatment of migraine. Results: the paper mainly from the academic origin and academic ideas, the two part of the treatment of migraine and expounds the academic experience of Professor Wang Lizhong in treating migraine The pain of academic thoughts: 1. academic origin and academic ideas: mainly from the course of study, learning methods, clinical experience summarized.2. migraine academic experience: mainly from speculative characteristics, Professor Wang treatment of migraine clinical experience, medication characteristics and other aspects of finishing, focusing on the eight card king professor of treatment of migraine: cold wet mixed card, hot phlegm syndrome, hyperactivity of liver Yang, Qi deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome, liver stagnation and phlegm syndrome, deficiency of kidney essence, qi stagnation and blood stasis, wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome; eight: Qufeng Tongluo Xifeng phlegm dampness, relieving spasm and pain, flat liver Yang Tongluozhitong, Yiqi Jianpi Huatan Tongluo, Shuganjieyu qingrehewei, Bushentianjing, shuganliqi Tongqiao analgesia, Xifeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo. Conclusion: Professor Wang Lizhong for the treatment of migraine attaches great importance to traditional Chinese medicine theory, emphasizes the relevant organs, sincere Shen Xi, combined with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis, emphasizing the prevention before disease. Professor Wang Lizhong has a detailed understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of migraine. It puts forward eight syndromes, eight methods, and the prescription selection is unique. It should be carried forward and carried forward.
