【摘要】：管灸是具有悠久歷史和鮮明中醫(yī)特色的灸法,由古代的葦管灸發(fā)展而來(lái),在臨床中可用于治療多種疾病,尤其在面癱、耳疾的治療中取得了良好的臨床療效,近年來(lái)已經(jīng)逐漸引起人們的重視。《靈樞·官能》曰:"針?biāo)粸?灸之所宜。"灸法有著同針?biāo)幰粯拥呐R床價(jià)值。在面臨"重針輕灸"的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,管灸以其獨(dú)特的管灸器設(shè)計(jì)、簡(jiǎn)單的制作、簡(jiǎn)便的操作、無(wú)創(chuàng)無(wú)痛、患者樂(lè)于接受等特點(diǎn),易于臨床使用及推廣。故就有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中對(duì)管灸器的改良及管灸在臨床中的應(yīng)用和研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為擴(kuò)展其臨床運(yùn)用提供更為充分的依據(jù),同時(shí)為豐富發(fā)展灸法理論、為管灸療法的推廣及進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Tube moxibustion is a moxibustion method with long history and distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. It is developed from ancient Reed moxibustion and can be used to treat many kinds of diseases especially facial paralysis and ear disease. In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to it. "Acupuncture does not do, moxibustion is appropriate." moxibustion has the same clinical value as acupuncture and medicine. Under the severe situation of "heavy acupuncture and light moxibustion", moxibustion has the same clinical value as acupuncture and medicine. Tube moxibustion with its unique tube moxibustion device design, simple production, simple operation, non-invasive and painless, patients are willing to accept and so on. It is easy to be used and popularized in clinic. Therefore, the improvement of tube moxibustion apparatus and the application and research progress of tube moxibustion in clinic are reviewed in order to provide a more sufficient basis for expanding its clinical application. At the same time, it can enrich the theory of moxibustion and provide reference for the popularization and further research of tube moxibustion therapy.
