【摘要】：目的:本研究以排卵障礙性不孕癥患者作為研究對象,以隔藥灸臍法加口服安慰劑作為主要治療方法,以口服克羅米芬加隔模擬劑灸臍作為對照治療方法,以B超監(jiān)測排卵中的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑作為主要觀察指標,從而探究隔藥灸臍法對治療排卵障礙性不孕癥的臨床療效。方法:將符合納入標準的40例排卵障礙性不孕癥患者采用雙盲雙模擬的方法隨機分成治療組和對照組。治療組采用隔藥灸臍+西藥安慰劑法,對照組采用隔模擬劑灸臍+克羅米芬組,每組20例。比較分析治療前后兩組患者B超監(jiān)測排卵中的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑的變化,觀察兩組患者治療前后的指標差異是否具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結果:與治療前相比,隔藥灸臍+安慰劑組和隔模擬劑灸臍+克羅米芬組對患者的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑的改善指標間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。與治療前相比,停止治療后的第四月經周期治療組對于患者的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑的改善指標間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),對照組對于患者的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑的改善指標間的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:隔藥灸臍對排卵障礙性不孕癥患者的子宮內膜厚度和最大卵泡直徑的改善優(yōu)于口服克羅米芬。且隔藥灸臍遠期臨床效果優(yōu)于口服克羅米芬。
[Abstract]:Objective: in this study, the patients with ovulatory disorder infertility as the research object, with the moxibustion umbilical moxibustion plus oral placebo as the main treatment method, oral clomiphene plus moxibustion umbilical moxibustion as a control method. The thickness of endometrium and the maximum follicle diameter in ovulation were measured by B-ultrasound. So as to explore the clinical effect of moxibustion on ovulatory disorder infertility. Methods:. Forty infertile patients with ovulatory disorder were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and western medicine placebo. The control group was treated with moxibustion of omphalus clomiphene, 20 cases in each group. The changes of endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter in ovulation were measured by B-ultrasound before and after treatment. Observation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of indicators were statistically significant. Results: compared with before treatment. There were significant differences in endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter between moxibustion and moxibustion of omphalus placebo group and moxibustion with mimic moxibustion of clomiphene group (P 0.05). The difference of endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter between the 4th menstrual cycle group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter between the control group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the improvement of endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter in infertile patients with ovulatory disorder by moxibustion via moxibustion is better than that by oral clomiphene, and the long-term clinical effect of moxibustion on moxibustion via medicine is better than that by clomiphene.
