【摘要】：目的:觀察養(yǎng)血潤燥祛風(fēng)止癢湯劑治療血虛風(fēng)燥型神經(jīng)性皮炎臨床療效及不良反應(yīng),初階探討其作用機(jī)理,為中醫(yī)治療神經(jīng)性皮炎臨床研究給予依據(jù)。方法:隨機(jī)選擇門診診斷為神經(jīng)性皮炎且證型為血虛風(fēng)燥型的患者80例,隨機(jī)分為兩組:治療組和對照組。其中完成全部觀察:77例,脫落:3例。對照組39例,治療組38例。對照組給予“療癬卡西甫丸”一次一袋(10g/袋),一日兩次,治療組給予“養(yǎng)血潤燥祛風(fēng)止癢湯劑”一日一劑,分早晚溫服。觀察兩組患者的皮損和自覺癥狀的變化,同時(shí)記錄不良反應(yīng),一個(gè)療程為兩周,三個(gè)療程后給予療效評分,用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。計(jì)數(shù)資料,采用X2檢驗(yàn),計(jì)量資料,采用t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)比較以上兩組病例性別及年齡分布均衡,具有可比性。治療組:痊愈率10.53%,顯效率50.00%,有效率36.84%總有效率97.36%;對照組:痊愈率0%,顯效率33.33%,有效率41.03%總有效率74.36%.經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析有顯著差異(P0.05)。在減輕中醫(yī)癥狀、皮損及自覺癥狀方面,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)但在其他癥候方面的改變,兩組療效相當(dāng)。結(jié)論:養(yǎng)血潤燥祛風(fēng)止癢湯劑對血虛風(fēng)燥型神經(jīng)性皮炎有顯著療效,可顯著的減輕患者皮損面積、厚度及瘙癢程度。養(yǎng)血潤燥祛風(fēng)止癢湯劑治療血虛風(fēng)燥型神經(jīng)性皮炎安全有效,未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yangxue Runzao qufeng Zhiyang decoction in treating neurodermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 80 patients with neurodermatitis diagnosed as neurodermatitis with syndrome of blood deficiency and wind dryness were selected randomly. They were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, of which 77 cases were observed, 3 cases dropped out, and 39 cases were in the control group. 38 cases in the treatment group. The control group was given "tinea kasifu pills" once a bag of 10 g / bag, on 1st, the treatment group was given "nourishing blood, moistening dryness, dispelling wind and relieving itching decoction" one dose on 1st. Observe the changes of skin lesions and conscious symptoms of the two groups, and record the adverse reactions at the same time, one course of treatment is two weeks, three courses of treatment to give the curative effect score. SPSS13.0 software was used to carry out statistical analysis. Counting data, using X2 test, measuring data and t test. Results: the gender and age distribution of the above two groups were compared. In the treatment group, the cure rate was 10.53%, the effective rate was 50.00000 and the effective rate was 36.84%. The total effective rate was 97.36; The control group: the cure rate was 0, the effective rate was 33.33 and the effective rate was 41.03%. The total effective rate was 74.36.The statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In terms of skin lesions and conscious symptoms, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P0.05), but the changes in other symptoms. Conclusion: Yangxue Runzao qufeng Zhiyang decoction has significant effect on neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type, and can significantly reduce the area of skin lesions of patients. It is safe and effective to treat neurodermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness without obvious adverse reactions.
