【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)涼血解毒法治療銀屑病的臨床療效。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索相關(guān)期刊論文(1956-2016)、VIP全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(1989-2016)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(1990-2016)和Pub Med、EMBASE、Medline,收集所有關(guān)于涼血解毒法治療尋常型銀屑病的隨機(jī)對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn),由2名評(píng)價(jià)員共同評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的質(zhì)量,并用Rev Man5.3進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果納入9篇隨機(jī)對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:涼血解毒法治療尋常型銀屑病的有效率與其他方法治療尋常型屑病的有效率有明顯差異[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.13,1.28)]。結(jié)論涼血解毒法治療尋常型銀屑病優(yōu)于其他方法治療尋常型銀屑病,但由于納入研究的方法學(xué)質(zhì)量較低,故尚不能據(jù)此證實(shí)涼血解毒法治療尋常型銀屑病的療效優(yōu)于其他方法,仍需要進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的多中心、大樣本的隨機(jī)雙盲對(duì)照試驗(yàn),以提供高質(zhì)量的臨床證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Jiedu method in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods we searched China Journal Full-text Database (1956-2016), VIP database (1989-2016), Wanfang database (1990-2016) and Pub Med, EMBASE, Medline, collected all of the cooling blood detoxification method in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with randomized controlled trials, evaluated by 2 members of the common assessment of the quality of the included studies and analysis was performed by Meta Rev Man5.3. The results included 9 randomized controlled trials of.Meta analysis results show that the method of cooling blood detoxification in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with efficiency and other methods to treat vulgaris chip disease efficiency have a significant difference [RR=1.20,95%CI (1.13,1.28). Conclusion blood and detoxification treatment of vulgaris psoriasis is better than other methods for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, but because of methodological quality is low, so it can not confirm the treatment for detoxification accordingly The efficacy of regular psoriasis is better than that of other methods. Strict multicenter, large sample randomized double blind control trials are still needed to provide high quality clinical evidence.
