【摘要】：目的:觀察在補中益氣湯合通竅活血湯的干預下,1、2級老年原發(fā)性高血壓患者(氣虛血瘀型)的臨床療效、安全性及對患者生活質(zhì)量的影響,以期為氣虛血瘀型1、2級老年原發(fā)性高血壓病患者的治療提供新方法。方法:選取符合納入標準的高血壓病患者70例,隨機將患者分至觀察組和對照組,兩組病例數(shù)均為35例。觀察組在服用硝苯地平控釋片30mg、每天一次的基礎上給予中藥補中益氣湯合通竅活血湯加減治療;對照組僅服用硝苯地平控釋片30mg、每天一次,兩組治療周期均為4周。于治療前后觀察患者的一般情況、血、尿和大便常規(guī)、肝腎功能、診室血壓、動態(tài)血壓、患者癥候與體征變化情況,以及評估兩組患者治療前后生活質(zhì)量,并進行統(tǒng)計學處理。結果:四周后,觀察組患者診室血壓及動態(tài)血壓較對照組均有明顯降低(P0.05),證候積分亦有顯著下降(P0.01);生活質(zhì)量改善方面,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。兩組患者治療前后一般情況、血、尿和大便常規(guī)、肝腎功能均未見明顯異常。治療過程中,兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)嚴重不良反應或其他惡性突發(fā)狀況。結論:中藥補中益氣湯合通竅活血湯可明顯降低氣虛血瘀型1、2級老年原發(fā)性高血壓病患者血壓值,改善患者臨床癥狀、體征及生活質(zhì)量,總體治療有效率高,用藥安全可靠,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction intervention, 1,2 level in patients with senile primary hypertension (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) clinical efficacy, safety and impact on quality of life of patients, in order to Qi deficiency and blood stasis 1,2 level in elderly patients with hypertension in the treatment to provide a new way. Methods: selected 70 hypertensive patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned patients to treatment group and control group, two groups of cases were 35 cases. In the observation group taking Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets 30mg once a day, based on the given Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Tongqiao; control group received Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets 30mg. Once a day, the treatment period was 4 weeks. The two groups were observed before and after treatment in general, patients with blood, urine and stool routine, liver and kidney function, consulting room, blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure, body symptom and syndrome changes, and Evaluation of two groups before and after treatment the quality of life, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results: after four weeks, observe the blood pressure and blood pressure in patients with dynamic consulting room were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), symptom scores significantly decreased (P0.01); improvement of quality of life, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P0.05) before and after. Two groups of patients in general, blood, urine and stool routine, liver and kidney function had no obvious abnormalities. During the treatment, serious adverse reactions or other malignant emergencies were not found in two groups. Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Tongqiaohuoxue decoction can significantly reduce the 1,2 level of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in elderly primary hypertension patients disease of blood pressure, improve clinical symptoms, signs and the quality of life, the overall effective rate of the treatment, the medication is safe and reliable, worthy of promotion.
