【摘要】：目的觀察咳變方治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床療效。方法整理并總結(jié)跟師病例,選取2015年1月至2016年3月運用咳變方治療的84例咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒作為治療組,以同時期選擇常規(guī)西藥治療的41例患兒作為對照組,回顧性分析2組患兒的臨床總療效及治療前、后肺功能指標的變化情況。結(jié)果治療組總有效率90.5%,對照組為80.5%,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計意義(P0.05);2組治療前、后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼氣容積(FEV_1)、最大呼氣峰流速(PEF)及最大呼氣中期流速(MMEF75/25)比較,差異均有高度統(tǒng)計意義(P0.01),且治療組改善幅度均大于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論咳變方為治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘的有效方,不僅患兒依從性高,且能改善患兒的臨床癥狀及肺功能水平,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Ke Yan Fang on cough variant asthma in children. From January 2015 to March 2016, 84 children with cough variant asthma treated with Ke Yan Fang were selected as the treatment group, and 41 children with conventional western medicine were used as the control group. Retrospective analysis of the two groups of children's clinical efficacy and changes of pulmonary function before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5. The control group was 80.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before and after treatment, forced vital capacity (FV), forced expiratory volume (FEV), peak expiratory flow (PEF) and MMEF75 / 25 (FVC) at 1 seconds were compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant, and the improvement range of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P0.050.Conclusion Ke Yan Fang is an effective prescription for the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. It not only has high compliance, but also can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of children.
