【摘要】：由于病程過程的復(fù)雜性,臨床常出現(xiàn)病機(jī)雙向調(diào)節(jié)的現(xiàn)象。文章分別從"疾病發(fā)展階段""疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸階段"兩個方面,分析和挖掘了影響病機(jī)發(fā)展方向的因素。根據(jù)疾病病機(jī)的認(rèn)識層面差異,進(jìn)行病機(jī)"從性"的分析探究。疾病發(fā)展階段,體質(zhì)差異是影響病機(jī)"從化"方向的重要因素,地域、環(huán)境、氣候和生活環(huán)境以及時間等因素也對病機(jī)的雙向"從化"產(chǎn)生重要影響;疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸方面,相同的中藥、針灸、推拿等治療方法均可以對病機(jī)相反的疾病起到治療作用,說明這些因素既可以調(diào)整病機(jī)從化出"雙向"疾病,也可以調(diào)整雙向病機(jī)向相同的方向匯聚發(fā)展。文章對今后病機(jī)雙向調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)的臨床或是實驗研究提供探索思路。
[Abstract]:Because of the complexity of the disease process, clinical disease often machine phenomenon. According to the level of understanding of the pathogenesis of difference, "inquiry from analysis" the development of the disease. The future of clinical disease related to regulation of double machine or experimental research The study provides a way of exploration.
