【摘要】：目的:研究電針拮抗肌穴位治療中風(fēng)后足內(nèi)翻的臨床療效。方法:本研究中所觀察的病例來(lái)自2016年3月至2017年2月于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬一院癲癇診療中心病房就診的中風(fēng)后足內(nèi)翻患者。將符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組,治療組選擇病側(cè)陽(yáng)陵泉、懸鐘、丘墟、足臨泣進(jìn)行電針治療,對(duì)照組選擇病側(cè)陽(yáng)陵泉、陰陵泉、足三里、解溪、丘墟、照海進(jìn)行單純針刺治療。兩組患者均每天治療1次,連續(xù)治療6天后休息1天,此為1個(gè)療程,臨床共觀察4個(gè)療程。于治療前后對(duì)患者進(jìn)行踝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)翻角度、Holden步行能力分級(jí)、Brunnstrom下肢分期量表、Berg平衡量表、Tinetti步態(tài)分析量表、Fugl-meyer下肢功能評(píng)定量表等進(jìn)行評(píng)定,觀察并評(píng)價(jià)電針治療中風(fēng)后足內(nèi)翻的臨床療效。所得數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.治療組和對(duì)照組患者在治療4周后足內(nèi)翻角度及各量表評(píng)分均較治療前有明顯改善(P0.05)。2.與對(duì)照組相比,治療組患者足內(nèi)翻角度及各量表評(píng)分均有明顯改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.電針拮抗肌穴位治療與單純針刺治療均能改善中風(fēng)后足內(nèi)翻癥狀;2.電針拮抗肌穴位治療中風(fēng)后足內(nèi)翻療效優(yōu)于單純針刺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture antagonist acupoint in the treatment of strephenopodia after apoplexy. Methods: strephenopodia patients observed in this study were from March 2016 to February 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Medical Center ward treatment of epilepsy after stroke. In line with the diagnostic criteria of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group selection of disease side Yanglingquan, Xuanzhong, Qiuxu, zulinqi electro acupuncture treatment, control group disease side Yanglingquan, Yin Ling Quan, Zusanli, JieXi, Qiuxu, KI6 of acupuncture treatment. Two patients were treated 1 time a day, continuous treatment for 6 days after 1 days of rest, this is the 1 the clinical course, 4 courses were observed. Before and after treatment in patients with ankle varus angle, Holden walking ability of lower limb Brunnstrom grading, staging scale, Berg balance scale, Tinetti gait analysis scale, lower limb Fugl-meyer Functional assessment of evaluation, evaluation and clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of electro acupuncture in the treatment of strephenopodia after apoplexy. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results: the treatment group and 1. patients in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment of strephenopodia angle and the scale scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P0.05.2.) compared with the control group, the treatment group of patients with varus angle and scale scores were significantly improved (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. acupuncture antagonistic muscle acupuncture and simple acupuncture treatment can improve the symptoms of strephenopodia after apoplexy; 2. EA acupoint antagonist treatment of strephenopodia after apoplexy curative effect is better than simple acupuncture.
