【摘要】：目的:圍繞運動功能,運用概念模型建模七步法,構(gòu)建運動功能中醫(yī)概念模型。本研究旨在提取中醫(yī)學(xué)和康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中描述運動功能的特征性概念術(shù)語,借此整合散在的中醫(yī)運動功能信息,形成完整而又關(guān)聯(lián)的中醫(yī)康復(fù)學(xué)知識體系的一部分,規(guī)范中醫(yī)康復(fù)學(xué)運動功能障礙名詞,為中醫(yī)康復(fù)學(xué)的學(xué)科建設(shè)和臨床應(yīng)用提供術(shù)語支持。方法:使用建模七步法。(1)查考文獻中關(guān)于運動功能及其障礙的相關(guān)認識。(2)借鑒《國際功能、殘疾和健康分類》(ICF),依據(jù)中醫(yī)學(xué)理論,構(gòu)建運動功能中醫(yī)概念模型框架。(3)制定術(shù)語抽取原則,從詞表、詞典和專著中抽取相關(guān)的術(shù)語,進行術(shù)語的整理、規(guī)范、歸類,定義概念詞,并進行概念詞屬性的完善。(4)學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒一體化醫(yī)學(xué)語言系統(tǒng)的語義關(guān)系,設(shè)置一級類目之間的關(guān)系。(5)使用小組討論、專家咨詢和專家函調(diào),對框架進行反復(fù)驗證、修改和完善。結(jié)果:(1)理清中醫(yī)運動功能與五體、臟腑系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、精氣血津液的關(guān)系。(2)構(gòu)建中醫(yī)康復(fù)學(xué)知識領(lǐng)域下的運動功能概念模型框架。借鑒《國際功能、殘疾和健康分類》并依據(jù)中醫(yī)理論,構(gòu)建包含身體功能、身體結(jié)構(gòu)、活動和參與、影響因素和干預(yù)手段在內(nèi)的5個一級類目和包括五體功能、臟腑系統(tǒng)功能、經(jīng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)功能等18個二級類目,形成四級層級結(jié)構(gòu);根據(jù)運動功能內(nèi)涵進行中醫(yī)運動功能概念術(shù)語的抽取,采用"概念詞-術(shù)語"的模式進行概念術(shù)語的規(guī)范、整合,并進行概念屬性的完善,共提取7114個術(shù)語,最終規(guī)范為5014個概念詞;借鑒了一體化語言系統(tǒng)的13種關(guān)系,并設(shè)置一級類目間"導(dǎo)致"、"分析"、"診斷"、"預(yù)防"、"治療"等關(guān)系。結(jié)論:本研究所針對的運動功能為中醫(yī)領(lǐng)域下的軀體運動功能,即中醫(yī)五體的功能:皮、肉、筋、骨、脈,它們構(gòu)成人體軀干和四肢的基本結(jié)構(gòu),是中醫(yī)人體的四種層次,脈則是縱橫貫穿于其余四體之間。中醫(yī)運動功能與臟腑系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)和精氣血津液密切相關(guān):臟腑系統(tǒng)是調(diào)控中心,經(jīng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)是聯(lián)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),精氣血津液則是物質(zhì)和能量基礎(chǔ)。(2)所構(gòu)建的概念模型緊密圍繞中醫(yī)運動功能的內(nèi)涵,具有中醫(yī)康復(fù)學(xué)特色,同時將現(xiàn)代康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)的概念有機地納入以中醫(yī)理論為指導(dǎo)的概念模型中,以模型的形式進行中醫(yī)運動功能的知識組織,初步規(guī)范中醫(yī)運動功能部分概念術(shù)語的整理,為中醫(yī)康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)信息化的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the motor function, using the concept of modeling seven steps to construct the motion function of traditional Chinese concept model. Characteristic terms the purpose of this study is to describe the motion function of rehabilitation medicine and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine to integrate information scattered in motor function, to form a complete and related Chinese medicine Kang part of rehabilitation knowledge system specification for TCM rehabilitation of motor dysfunction, noun, support provides terms of discipline construction and clinical application of rehabilitation for traditional Chinese medicine Kang. Methods: using modeling seven steps. (1) the relevant knowledge about the history of the movement and the obstacles in the literature. (2) from the "International Classification of function, disability and health" (ICF), on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine building movement function concept model framework. (3) develop terminology extraction principle, from the vocabulary, terminology extraction related dictionaries and monographs, term arrangement, specification, classification, definition Concept, perfect and property concept words. (4) study, from the semantic relationship of the unified medical language system, set up a relationship between categories. (5) the use of group discussion, expert consultation and questionnaire, repeated verification of the framework, revise and perfect. Results: (1) clarify Chinese medicine motor function and five body, viscera system, meridian system, relationship between the Qi blood and fluid. (2) the construction of TCM rehabilitation framework model of motor function concept of knowledge fields. Referring to < international classification function, disability and Health > and on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which includes the function of the body, the body structure, activity and participation, influencing factors and the intervention, one of the 5 categories and five body functions, viscera system function, meridian system function 18 two categories, the formation of four level structure; according to the motion function connotation of traditional Chinese sports function concept of term extraction, mining The concept of term "concept word - the term" pattern, integration, perfect and concept attribute, extracted a total of 7114 terms, the final specification for the 5014 concepts of words; the relationship between the 13 language reference integration system, and set up a category between the "cause", "analysis", "diagnosis", "prevention", "treatment". Conclusion: the motor function of this study as the body movement function of medicine under the medicine of five body function: skin, flesh, bone, tendons, veins, they constitute the basic structure of the human torso and limbs, four levels of human body in traditional Chinese Medicine pulse, is permeated with the rest four aspect. The function and system of TCM viscera meridian system and qi movement, blood and fluid system is closely related to viscera meridian system is the center of regulation, contact system, Qi blood and fluid is the material and energy. (2) the concept of building a model focusing on Chinese Sports The function of the connotation of TCM rehabilitation has characteristics, while the organic concept of modern rehabilitation medicine into the conceptual model of the Chinese medicine theory of knowledge organization of traditional Chinese sports function by models, preliminary norms of traditional Chinese sports function concept and term consolidation, lay the foundation for the construction and application of TCM rehabilitation medicine information.
