【摘要】：研究四磨湯聯(lián)合癉胃散治療脾虛氣滯型糖尿病性胃輕癱患者胃腸功能障礙的臨床效果。本研究選取2013年8月至2015年8月我院接診的60例脾虛氣滯型糖尿病性胃輕癱患者。按隨機數(shù)表法分為觀察組和對照組,給予對照組采取癉胃散治療,觀察組在對照組的基礎上加用四磨湯治療,觀察兩組患者治療后血糖水平、臨床癥狀及療效的改善效果。通過相關(guān)分析表明治療后,觀察組FPG、2hPG(6.84±1.20,8.85±1.50)mmol/L小于對照組(8.21±1.10,11.03±1.30)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.08±1.25)%小于對照組(8.87±1.30)%差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);觀察組早飽、腹脹、惡心、嘔吐、厭食、便秘腹瀉交作、舌象改善時間(1.05±0.35,1.03±0.32,0.76±0.14,0.65±0.14,0.80±0.26,0.62±0.15,0.87±0.10)周均小于對照組(1.56±0.32,1.46±0.36,0.92±0.26,0.72±0.22,1.20±0.28,0.87±0.18,10.13±0.29)周差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);觀察組MDA(2.53±0.75)nmol/L小于對照組(3.12±0.80)nmol/L;IL-6(26.28±3.26)pg/mL小于對照組(35.12±3.01)pg/m L;CPR(2.21±0.29)mg/L小于對照組(4.59±1.18)mg/L差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);觀察組臨床療效96.66%(29/30)優(yōu)于對照組70.00%(21/30)差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。研究結(jié)果表明,四磨湯聯(lián)合癉胃散對改善脾虛氣滯型糖尿病性胃輕癱患者胃腸功能障礙療效顯著,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:To study the clinical effect of Simo decoction combined with Dangwei Powder on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with diabetic gastroparesis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. This study selected 60 cases of spleen deficiency qi stagnation from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital. Patients with type type diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Dangwei Powder, the observation group was treated with Simo decoction on the basis of the control group, and the blood glucose level of the two groups was observed after treatment. Correlation analysis showed that after treatment, the observation group FPG 2hPGN 6.84 鹵1.20. 8.85 鹵1.50 mmol / L was lower than that of control group (8.21 鹵1.10g / L, 11.03 鹵1.30g / L). The difference of HbAlc(7.08 鹵1.25% was significantly lower than that of control group (8.87 鹵1.30%). In the observation group, the time of early satiety, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, constipation and diarrhea was 1.05 鹵0.35 鹵1.03 鹵0.32 鹵0.76 鹵0.14. 0.65 鹵0.14g 0.80 鹵0.26g 0.62 鹵0.15U 0.87 鹵0.10) weeks were smaller than those of the control group 1.56 鹵0.32U 1.46 鹵0.36. The difference of 0.92 鹵0.26g 0.72 鹵0.22U 1.20 鹵0.28U 0.87 鹵0.18U 10.13 鹵0.29) weeks was statistically significant (P 0.05). The MDA(2.53 鹵0.75 nmol / L in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (3.12 鹵0.80 nmol / L). IL-6(26.28 鹵3.26 g / mL was lower than that of the control group (35.12 鹵3.01 渭 g / mL). The difference of CPR(2.21 鹵0.29 mg / L was significantly lower than that of control group (4.59 鹵1.18 mg / L). The clinical curative effect of the observation group was 96.6666 / 29 / 30), which was better than that of the control group (70.0021 / 30). The difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. The effect of Simo decoction combined with Dangwei Powder on improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with diabetic gastroparesis due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
