【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)針刺捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法治療前后匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)、漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)分的比較,觀察針刺捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法治療心脾兩虛抑郁癥失眠的臨床療效,為治療本病提供臨床研究依據(jù)。方法:將90例研究對(duì)象隨機(jī)分為三個(gè)組,即常規(guī)針刺組、常規(guī)針刺+耳穴貼壓組、常規(guī)針刺+捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組,通過(guò)對(duì)三組患者治療前后PSQI、HAMD和SDS量表評(píng)分分析,了解臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.經(jīng)過(guò)20天的治療,三組治療后的PSQI、HAMD、SDS評(píng)分均較治療前降低,組內(nèi)自身比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);2.治療20天后三組間的療效比較,P0.05;治療后常規(guī)針刺組與常規(guī)針刺+耳穴貼壓組的療效比較及常規(guī)針刺組與常規(guī)針刺+捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組的療效比較,均P0.01,療效差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;常規(guī)針刺+捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組與常規(guī)針刺+耳穴貼壓組療效比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3.治療20天后,分別將三組的PSQI、HAMD和SDS量表差值進(jìn)行組間兩兩比較,均P0.01,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:本研究中三種方法治療抑郁癥失眠患者均有效;針灸綜合治療對(duì)治療抑郁癥失眠患者具有優(yōu)勢(shì);常規(guī)針刺+耳穴貼壓組與常規(guī)針刺+捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組的臨床療效比較,無(wú)顯著差異;常規(guī)針刺+捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組降低PSQI、HAMD、SDS量表評(píng)分相比較常規(guī)針刺組和常規(guī)針刺+耳穴貼壓組有顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the acupuncture reinforcing method before and after treatment of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS) score comparison, observe the clinical curative effect of Acupuncture Acupuncture Treatment of insomnia depression of heart and spleen two deficiency, provide the basis for treatment of the clinical research disease. Methods: 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups, namely the routine acupuncture group, conventional acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy group, conventional acupuncture + twisting method group, by PSQI in three groups before and after treatment, HAMD and SDS scale analysis, understand the clinical efficacy. Results: after 1. 20 days of treatment, after treatment of the three groups of PSQI, HAMD, SDS scores were lower than before treatment, there was statistical significance in the difference between their own group (P0.01); the effect of P0.05 2., 20 days after treatment between the three groups after treatment; conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture plus auricular point pressing group and comparison of the curative effect routine Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, acupuncture + twist reinforcing method efficacy group were P0.01, was statistically significant difference in efficacy; conventional acupuncture + twisting method group and routine acupuncture combined with auricular plaster group curative effect comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.01.3.) 20 days after treatment, three groups of PSQI respectively, and HAMD the SDS scale difference between the 22 groups were compared, P0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the three methods in this study are effective in Treating Depression Insomnia; acupuncture in the treatment of patients with insomnia depression has the advantage of conventional acupuncture + treatment; auricular plaster therapy group and routine acupuncture + efficacy supplement group turn twist, no significant difference; the conventional acupuncture + twirling reinforcing group decreased PSQI, HAMD, SDS scores compared with conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy group were significantly different.
