【摘要】：研究目的在中國醫(yī)史領(lǐng)域中關(guān)于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)的起源研究目前處于原地踏步狀態(tài)。究其原因與傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)起源研究的史料、方法和思路的缺乏有關(guān)。本研究從《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)·素問·異法方宜論》的醫(yī)學(xué)療法起源五方觀入手,借鑒文化區(qū)系理論等跨學(xué)科研究方法,提出破解中國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)起源研究史料和方法匱乏的新思路,以期推動傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)起源研究的發(fā)展。研究方法本研究將文獻(xiàn)研究法和跨學(xué)科研究方法相結(jié)合,應(yīng)用于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)起源研究領(lǐng)域,提出以歷史學(xué)、考古學(xué)、歷史地理學(xué)、區(qū)域社會史、科技史、民族學(xué)、社會學(xué)(社會人類學(xué))、神話學(xué)、哲學(xué)、宗教學(xué)(道教)等領(lǐng)域?yàn)檠芯恳暯?重新解讀《素問·異法方宜論》的醫(yī)學(xué)療法起源五方觀。研究成果研究發(fā)現(xiàn)五種醫(yī)學(xué)療法分別起源于五個方位的不同民族。艾灸療法起源于北方草原游牧民族;上古砭石療法起源于東方東夷部族;九針療法起源于南方百越部族;毒藥療法起源于西方古羌族;導(dǎo)引按巤療法起源于中央華夏部族。研究結(jié)論本研究突破傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)學(xué)起源觀點(diǎn),提出全新的中國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)療法“五方起源假說”;提出《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)·素問·異法方宜論》是目前有文字記載的我國最早的關(guān)于醫(yī)學(xué)療法起源的記錄,并據(jù)此提出了重構(gòu)上古先秦醫(yī)史的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the origin of traditional medicine in the field of Chinese medical history. Methods and the lack of train of thought. This study from the "Huangdi Nei Jing, Su-wen 路Yi Fa Yi" of the medical treatment of the five-side view, learn from the cultural floristic theory and other interdisciplinary research methods. In order to promote the development of traditional medical origin research, this research method combines literature research method with interdisciplinary research method in order to solve the lack of historical materials and methods of traditional Chinese medical origin research in order to promote the development of traditional medicine origin research. Applied to the study of the origin of traditional medicine, it is proposed that history, archaeology, historical geography, regional social history, history of science and technology, ethnology, sociology (social anthropology, mythology, philosophy). Religion (Taoism) and other fields for the research perspective. This paper reinterprets the five viewpoints of the origin of medical therapy in Suqian, Yi Fa Yi Theory, and finds that the five kinds of medical therapies originate from different nationalities in five directions respectively, and moxibustion therapy originates from nomadic people in the northern grassland. Ancient stone therapy originated from Dongyi tribe in the east. Nine-needle therapy originated from the southern Baiyue tribe. Poison therapy originated from the ancient Qiang nationality in the West. The research conclusion of this study breaks through the traditional viewpoint of medical origin and puts forward a new hypothesis of the origin of the five directions of Chinese traditional medicine therapy. It is the earliest recorded record of the origin of medical therapy in our country at present, and based on this, the idea of reconstructing the medical history of the ancient pre-Qin Dynasty is put forward.
