【摘要】：從燥濕互濟(jì)的起源發(fā)展、病因病機(jī)、治則等方面闡釋路志正燥濕互濟(jì)學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)。燥邪致病易傷津液,濕邪傷人多隱而莫見,緩而不覺。燥濕二邪可單獨(dú)出現(xiàn),形成燥病或濕病,但亦可相兼為病或者互相轉(zhuǎn)化,出現(xiàn)燥濕共存之癥。單一祛濕或者潤(rùn)燥難以把握病機(jī)而一舉獲效,故治療時(shí)當(dāng)燥濕互濟(jì),治濕不一味燥劑滲濕,少佐滋潤(rùn)之品顧護(hù)陰液,避免苦寒化燥傷陰;治燥需注意滋陰藥多滋膩,應(yīng)少佐溫運(yùn)之藥,勿使滋陰太過而濕邪內(nèi)生。
[Abstract]:From the origin and development of dryness and dampness, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and other aspects to explain Lu Zhizheng's academic viewpoint of dryness and dampness mutual economy. Dryness evil causes easily injure body fluid, dampness injures people more hidden, but not see, slowly and unconsciously. Dryness and dampness two evil can appear alone. Single dispelling dampness or moisturizing dryness is difficult to grasp the pathogenesis of the disease, so when the treatment of dryness and dampness mutual aid. Cure dampness do not blindly dryness agent seepage, less with moisturizing products care to protect Yin liquid, to avoid bitter cold dryness injury Yin; To treat dryness, we should pay attention to nourishing yin medicine and nourishing yin medicine with more nourishment, so as not to make yin too excessive and dampness evil endogenously.
