【摘要】：目的:探討對功能失調(diào)性子宮患者加用坤靈丸后的治療效果。方法:選取功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者212例,運用隨機數(shù)字表法將患者分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組患者運用媽富隆聯(lián)合坤靈丸治療,共110例;對照組運用媽富隆治療,共102例。觀察兩組治療后患者出血情況和體內(nèi)性激素變化情況。結(jié)果:(1)觀察組出血控制時間和完全止血時間明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);(2)兩組患者治療后促卵泡生成素、黃體生成素和雌激素明顯低于治療前,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);觀察組治療后促卵泡生成素、黃體生成素和雌激素明顯低于對照組治療后,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)觀察組總治療有效率明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在應(yīng)用媽富隆基礎(chǔ)上加用坤靈丸能夠達到快速止血作用,患者治療效果好,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the dysfunction with Kunling pills after treatment of uterus. Methods: selected patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 212 patients, using the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with Marvelon combined with Kunling pills for treatment, the control group using a total of 110 cases; Marvelon, a total of 102 cases. The changes of body and sex hormones in patients with hemorrhage of two groups were observed after treatment. Results: (1) the observation group to control bleeding time and bleeding time was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); (2) two groups of patients after treatment with FSH, LH hormone and estrogen was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); the observation group after treatment of FSH, LH and estrogen was significantly lower than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); (3) the observation group total treatment Efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of Marvelon plus Kunling pills can achieve rapid hemostasis, with good curative effect, worthy of clinical application.

【正文快照】： 功能失調(diào)性子宮出血指的是在各種原因?qū)е碌幕颊呱窠?jīng)內(nèi)分泌功能失調(diào),導(dǎo)致患者體內(nèi)雌激素水平異常,從而引起子宮異常的出血,是婦科常見的疾病之一[1]。功能失調(diào)性子宮出血可發(fā)生于女性自月經(jīng)初潮至絕經(jīng)期間任何年齡段,治療難度大,常遷延不愈,對女性生理及心理均有較大的影響。
