【摘要】：目的:觀察續(xù)骨活血湯對踝關(guān)節(jié)功能康復(fù)的影響。方法:選擇64例三踝骨折患者作為研究對象,將其隨機分成對照組和觀察組各32例。所有患者均行切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定術(shù),術(shù)后對照組采用常規(guī)消腫鎮(zhèn)痛治療,觀察組則采用續(xù)骨活血湯治療,比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果:術(shù)后第1周和第2周觀察組并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率分別是9.38%和3.13%,對照組分別為31%和28.13%;觀察組住院時間和開始功能鍛煉的時間分別為(17.21±5.28)d和(9.03±2.38)d,對照組分別為(20.78±4.32)d和(5.03±1.33)d,其差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:續(xù)骨活血湯有利于患者早期功能鍛煉并縮短住院時間,并減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,從而有利于早期功能鍛煉,促進踝關(guān)節(jié)功能的恢復(fù),提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of Huoxue Decoction on bone continued rehabilitation of the ankle function. Methods: 64 cases of three ankle fractures as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group. All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation, postoperative control group with routine detumescence analgesic therapy, observation group using Xuguhuoxuetang treatment, compare the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results: after first weeks and second weeks of complications occurred in the observation group were 9.38% and 3.13%, the control group were 31% and 28.13%; the observation group hospitalization time and functional exercise time respectively (17.21 + 5.28) and D (9.03 + 2.38) d, the control group were (20.78 + 4.32) D and (5.03 + 1.33) d, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Xuguhuoxuetang is beneficial to patients with early functional exercise and shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the postoperative complications, which is beneficial to early functional exercise Refining, promoting the restoration of ankle function and improving the quality of life of the patients.
