【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察將復(fù)方秦艽片和黛力新結(jié)合用藥治療濕熱下注型肛門直腸軀體化障礙的臨床效果,同單純口服黛力新的治療效果相比較,觀察兩藥聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的臨床療效,尋求治療濕熱下注型肛門直腸軀體化障礙的最佳方法,及時(shí)為濕熱下注型肛門直腸軀體化障礙患者減輕痛苦,提高患者的生活幸福指數(shù),為臨床施治提供可靠的依據(jù)。方法:選取符合肛門直腸軀體化障礙納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60名患者,時(shí)間限定于2014年6月到2015年6月,地點(diǎn)選擇在山東省中醫(yī)院(山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院)肛腸科門診。其中因肛門及肛周疼痛就診的患者26例,隨機(jī)選取13人作為試驗(yàn)組,剩余的人作為對(duì)照組。因肛門墜脹來(lái)看診的患者34人,隨機(jī)選取17人作為試驗(yàn)組,剩余人作為對(duì)照組。通過(guò)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,患者的性別、年齡、受教育程度等在對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組之間無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組患者給予黛力新(氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片,丹麥靈北制藥有限公司生產(chǎn),規(guī)格10.5mg/片)口服,每日2次(早、中午),每次10.5mg,同時(shí)口服復(fù)方秦艽片(山東省中醫(yī)院自制藥)3g(10片),日三次。對(duì)照組只服用黛力新,服用方法和試驗(yàn)組一致。以15天為一個(gè)治療階段,在用藥期間,不允許患者攝入辛辣刺激油膩性食品和任何對(duì)研究結(jié)果可能產(chǎn)生影響的藥物。試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始前、用藥30天后,患者分別填寫根據(jù)癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)改編的適合本課題研究的量表和SAS量表。試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,患者一旦出現(xiàn)副作用,實(shí)時(shí)記錄并對(duì)癥處理。研究過(guò)程中的所有數(shù)據(jù)資料應(yīng)用SPSS19.0軟件分析,計(jì)量資料用均數(shù)士標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的格式來(lái)體現(xiàn),有明顯性差異的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為P0.05。結(jié)果:黛力新結(jié)合復(fù)方秦艽片醫(yī)治濕熱下注型肛門直腸軀體化障礙總有效率為93.33%,單純口服黛力新治療總有效率為56.67%。兩組患者均沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。兩組對(duì)比可見(jiàn):兩藥聯(lián)合應(yīng)用見(jiàn)效快、效果顯著、副作用少。故兩藥聯(lián)合治療濕熱下注型肛門直腸軀體化障礙具有切合病機(jī),協(xié)同互補(bǔ),功效明顯的巨大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound tablets combined with Deanxit treatment of Gentiana and damp type anorectal somatization disorder, with simple oral Deanxit treatment compared to observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of two drugs, the best method for treatment of damp heat type anorectal somatization disorder in patients with type of damp heat. Anorectal somatization disorder, relieve pain, improve the patients' life happiness index, provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods: 60 patients with anorectal somatization disorder criteria, time from June 2014 to June 2015, the venue of the Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital (the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) anorectal clinic. One in 26 cases. The anus and perianal pain patients, 13 were randomly selected as experimental group, the remaining people as the control group. Because of anus Expansion visit patients with 34 people, 17 people randomly selected as experimental group, the remaining people as the control group. By using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis, gender, age, education level in between the control group and the experimental group had no significant difference (P0.05). The experimental group was treated with Dai Lixin (Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets, Denmark lundbeck limited production, specifications 10.5mg/) orally, 2 times a day (morning, noon), 10.5mg each time, while oral compound tablets of Gentiana (homemade medicine Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital) 3G (10), three times a day. The control group only treated with Diane force new, taking method and the experimental group. In 15 days for a treatment stage, during the treatment, drugs do not allow patients to eat spicy greasy food and stimulate any of the results might be affected. The start of the experiment, after 30 days of treatment, the patients were filled out according to the symptom checklist (SCL-90) adapted for this lesson Research on the scale and SAS scale. During the test, once the patient has side effects, real-time recording and symptomatic treatment. All the data analysis using SPSS19.0 software in the research process, measurement data using mean SD format to reflect, there was significant difference of the standard for P0.05. results: Deanxit combined with compound Gentiana tablets treat damp type anorectal somatization disorder, the total efficiency of 93.33%, treated with Deanxit in the treatment of the total efficiency of 56.67%. of two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions. Two group comparison shows the combination of two drugs: quick, effective, less side effects. So the two drug combination therapy of damp heat type of anus rectal somatization disorder has to meet pathogenesis, collaboration complementary, huge advantage effect is obvious.
