【摘要】：目的中風(fēng)后抑郁是中風(fēng)疾病的常見并發(fā)癥之一,嚴(yán)重影響著中風(fēng)患者的后期康復(fù)。針刺療法對中風(fēng)后抑郁的治療有著獨特優(yōu)勢。該文從祖國醫(yī)學(xué)的角度著手,淺析不同的針刺手法及方式對該病療效的影響,了解該病的針灸學(xué)治療現(xiàn)狀。方法查閱近五年來針刺治療中風(fēng)后抑郁的相關(guān)文獻,從不同類型針刺法及其它中醫(yī)類治療手段進行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果針刺治療中風(fēng)后抑郁具有簡、便、效、驗的特點且安全無副作用,但亦存在一些不足。撰此文以總結(jié)針刺治療中風(fēng)后抑郁的研究現(xiàn)況,并對存在的問題作出探析和展望。
[Abstract]:The purpose of depression after stroke is one of the common complications of stroke disease, seriously affect the rehabilitation of stroke patients. The treatment of acupuncture therapy on post stroke depression has a unique advantage. This paper from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine on effects of different acupuncture techniques and methods of the disease, understanding the disease in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment status quo of related literature review method. Acupuncture treatment of stroke depression after nearly five years, analyzed and summarized from different types of acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The results of depression after stroke treated with acupuncture is simple, effective, inspection, and safety and no side effects, but also has some shortcomings. The purpose of this paper to summarize the research status of depression after stroke treated with acupuncture, and make analysis and prospects for the problems.
