【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)觀察疏肝調(diào)神針法治療肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者的臨床癥狀,探討疏肝調(diào)神針法治療肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病的臨床療效。方法：將66例患者隨機(jī)分為疏肝調(diào)神針法治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各33例。疏肝調(diào)神針法治療組予以疏肝調(diào)神針法,穴位選取百會(huì)、本神、印堂、神庭、內(nèi)關(guān)、太沖、四神聰、乳根、屋翳、期門、豐隆。諸穴采用常規(guī)消毒以及針刺方法。電針參數(shù)：選擇疏密波,頻率為10/50Hz,電流的強(qiáng)度為0.5-1.0mA,逐漸加大直到患者患者耐受。留針時(shí)間及療程：留針時(shí)間為30分鐘,一日一次,一周連續(xù)治療6次,4周為1個(gè)療程,1個(gè)療程以后評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)療效指標(biāo)。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)針刺,穴位選取太沖、乳根、屋翳、期門、豐隆。電針參數(shù)、留針時(shí)間以及療程同疏肝調(diào)神針法組。諸穴采用常規(guī)消毒以及針刺方法。觀察記錄治療前后兩組的臨床主要癥狀的改善,匯總資料,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),運(yùn)用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：1.對(duì)兩組主要癥狀積分進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比較,兩組的積分都有顯著性差異(P0.05)；對(duì)兩組主要癥狀積分進(jìn)行組間比較,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。2.臨床療效,疏肝調(diào)神針法治療組總有效率93%,對(duì)照組為81%。經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：疏肝調(diào)神針法與常規(guī)針刺療法在治療肝郁氣滯痰凝乳腺增生病方面均可能有一定的臨床療效,疏肝調(diào)神針法組療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical symptoms of the patients with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation type mammary hyperplasia by the method of soothing the liver and regulating the mind. Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of the method of soothing the liver and regulating the mind in treating the hyperplasia of mammary gland with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation. Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group treated with the method of soothing liver and regulating the mind and the control group. There were 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the mind. The acupoints were selected as Baihui, Ben Shen, Yin Tang, Shen Ting, Neiguan, Taochong, Sishen Cong, Milk Root, Wu Yi, Phenomen. Fenglong. Routine disinfection and acupuncture methods. Electroacupuncture parameters: select density wave with frequency of 10 / 50 Hz and current intensity of 0.5-1.0 Ma. Gradually increased until patient tolerance. Needle retention time and course: needle retention time is 30 minutes, 1st once, 6 consecutive weeks of treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, the acupoints were selected as Taichong, Rugen, Wuyi, Shimen, Fenglong. Electroacupuncture parameters. The acupuncture group was treated with routine disinfection and acupuncture. The improvement of the main clinical symptoms before and after treatment was observed and recorded. The data were collected and the database was established. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results: 1. The scores of main symptoms in two groups were compared within the group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The main symptoms of the two groups were compared between the two groups, there was a significant difference between the two groups. The clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of soothing the liver and regulating the mind acupuncture treatment group was 933. The control group was 81. The rank sum test was used. There is significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: both the method of soothing liver and regulating the mind and the routine acupuncture therapy may have certain clinical curative effect in treating the hyperplasia of mammary gland with stagnation of qi and phlegm. The curative effect of soothing liver and regulating spirit acupuncture group was better than that of routine acupuncture group.
