【摘要】：目的:觀察恢刺針法結(jié)合舒筋彈撥法治療梨狀肌綜合征的臨床療效。方法:將符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組,其中對照組(n=38)采用常規(guī)針刺治療,治療組(n=42)采用恢刺針法結(jié)合舒筋彈撥法治療,兩組療程均為4周。分別觀察兩組患者治療前、后臨床療效、疼痛視覺模擬評分(AVS)、數(shù)字疼痛評分(NRS)、脛神經(jīng)H反射及隨訪復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:對照組總有效率86.8%,治療組總有效率95.2%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.031);治療組第1次治療后VAS、NRS評分較治療前均降低(P0.05),與同時(shí)期對照組比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組療程結(jié)束時(shí)VAS、NRS評分較治療前均降低(P0.01),與同時(shí)期對照組比較差異均具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);治療組治療后H反射潛伏期明顯縮短(P0.01),對照組治療后潛伏期縮短(P0.05),治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);治療組隨訪復(fù)發(fā)1例,復(fù)發(fā)率2.3%,對照組隨訪復(fù)發(fā)3例,復(fù)發(fā)率7.9%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:恢刺針法結(jié)合舒筋彈撥法治療梨狀肌綜合征能夠減輕患者疼痛癥狀,縮短脛神經(jīng)H反射潛伏期,改善患者臨床癥狀,療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of piriformis syndrome with the method of restoring acupuncture combined with the elastic method of Shujin. Methods: the patients who met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with restoring needling method combined with relaxation and plucking. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks. The patients in the two groups were observed before treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the control group was 86.8%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.2.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.031). After the first treatment, the NRS score of VASN in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the control group in the same period. At the end of the course of treatment, the scores of VASV NRS in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and there were significant differences between the two groups in comparison with the control group in the same period (P 0.01). After treatment, the latency of H reflex in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.01), and that in the control group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. In the treatment group, 1 case recurred and the recurrence rate was 2.3%. In the control group, 3 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 7.9%. Conclusion: the treatment of piriformis syndrome with restoring needling method combined with muscle relaxation method can reduce the pain symptoms and shorten the latency of tibial nerve H reflex. Improve the clinical symptoms of patients, the curative effect is remarkable.
