【摘要】：目的:借助冠狀動(dòng)脈造影術(shù),對(duì)血管病變程度與舌象的變化相關(guān)性進(jìn)行探討,為臨床對(duì)疾病的判斷、病情的把握提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:研究對(duì)象為本院心血管療區(qū)進(jìn)行冠脈造影檢查的住院患者。在冠狀動(dòng)脈造影之前首先對(duì)患者進(jìn)行觀察及采集舌象,總共收集100例病例,將以上資料按照其舌色、舌苔、舌體、舌下絡(luò)脈不同相關(guān)因素分組進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。之后使用SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,進(jìn)而統(tǒng)計(jì)冠脈造影下血管病變程度與舌象的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)不同舌色研究對(duì)象提示冠脈血管病變程度與舌色有差異(p0.05),其舌色變化率從高到底為:青紫舌暗紅舌絳舌舌邊隱青并伴瘀點(diǎn)、瘀斑淡紅舌淡舌。(2)舌苔研究組提示冠脈血管病變程度與舌苔有差異(p0.05)。(3)舌體研究組提示舌體在冠脈血管病變程度無差異。(4)舌下絡(luò)脈研究組提示冠脈血管病變程度與舌下絡(luò)脈之間有差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論:不同的舌色、舌下絡(luò)脈對(duì)冠脈血管臨床的病情及預(yù)后有一定的指導(dǎo)意義而舌苔變化可對(duì)其病情可進(jìn)行一定判斷及指導(dǎo)治療。舌體對(duì)冠脈血管病情的診斷及治療沒有意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: by coronary angiography, to explore changes in correlation with the degree of vascular lesions and the tongue, for disease judgment, provide an objective basis for disease inpatients. Methods: grasp the object of study for the treatment of the hospital for cardiovascular coronary angiography. Before coronary angiography, observation and collection of tongue as for patients, collected a total of 100 cases, the above information in accordance with the tongue color, tongue, tongue, related research group of sublingual collaterals of different related factors. After using SPSS 19 statistical software for data analysis, and statistical correlation between the degree of vascular lesions and tongue under coronary angiography. Results: (1 the research object of different tongue color) suggests that the extent of coronary artery lesion and the tongue color difference (P0.05), the tongue color change rate from high to low: purple tongue dark red tongue tongue tongue with ecchymosis petechiae and hidden green, pale pink tongue Tongue tongue. (2) study group suggests that the extent of coronary artery lesion and tongue difference (P0.05). (3) study group that tongue tongue is no difference in the extent of coronary artery lesion. (4) sublingual study group suggests the difference between the extent of coronary artery lesion and sublingual veins (P0.05). Conclusion: the different color of tongue, sublingual collaterals and clinical prognosis of coronary artery disease has certain guiding significance on the condition and the changes of tongue coating and can judge and guide the treatment. No significance in diagnosis and treatment of tongue for coronary artery disease.
