【摘要】：目的:利用本體的方式實現(xiàn)中醫(yī)哮喘領(lǐng)域的知識的共建共享及推理。方法:通過對中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)中"哮喘"相關(guān)知識的提取,基于斯坦福大學(xué)的七步法構(gòu)建了"哮喘"的疾病本體,實現(xiàn)了哮喘相關(guān)知識的領(lǐng)域建模,建立了部分概念與概念間的關(guān)系約束及公理。結(jié)果:中醫(yī)哮喘領(lǐng)域本體構(gòu)建完成能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)知識的共享以及簡單的推理。共有類120個,實例425個,對象屬性18個,其中反向?qū)傩?個,數(shù)值屬性2個,等價類公理1個,子類公理138個,基本實現(xiàn)了對哮喘領(lǐng)域知識的語義化表達(dá)。結(jié)論:本體的構(gòu)建在知識的共建、共享及未來知識庫的語義檢索、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中具有一定的參考與應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to realize the knowledge sharing and reasoning in the field of TCM asthma by ontology. Methods: Based on literature of traditional Chinese medicine "asthma" knowledge extraction, seven steps of the Stanford University was established on the basis of "asthma disease ontology", the field of modeling asthma related knowledge, to establish the relationship between the constraints and axioms part between concepts. Results: asthma in TCM field to construct a complete ontology to realize knowledge sharing and simple reasoning. There are 120 classes, 425 examples, 18 object attribute, the attribute reverse 6, number of attribute values 2, equivalence class 1 subclass axioms, axiom 138, basic the semantic field of asthma knowledge expression. Conclusion: the construction of ontology in knowledge construction, semantic sharing and future knowledge retrieval, has certain reference and application value in data mining.
