【摘要】："問診"為中醫(yī)診法中重要名詞術語之一。從"問診"一詞源流出發(fā)考證其規(guī)范名,明確其定名依據(jù),同時列出"問診"之同義詞及曾用名,并從字面含義及內(nèi)涵等方面詳細討論"問診"這一名詞術語的演變過程及其準確內(nèi)涵。同時,根據(jù)其名詞演變追源溯流,以明晰"問診"這一名詞術語的歷史演變和準確含義。研究認為,"問診"這一名詞術語最初意出《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(簡稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)。自《內(nèi)經(jīng)》以來問診這一名詞的內(nèi)涵比較明確,清以前各類著作中分別以"問""問證""問病"等名稱來統(tǒng)稱問診,名稱不一。"問診"一詞與"望診""聞診"一樣首見于《醫(yī)學研悅》。之后明清診法著作中在論及問診時有言"問診"者,亦有仍稱之為"問證"者。到近現(xiàn)代"問診"的名稱被逐漸統(tǒng)一,這一名詞術語被準確定義。
[Abstract]:Inquiry and diagnosis is one of the important terms in the method of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis. From the origin of the word "asking for diagnosis", this paper studies its standard name, clarifies the basis of its name, and lists the synonyms of "asking for diagnosis" and its used names at the same time. At the same time, it discusses the evolution process and exact connotation of the term "inquiry" in detail from the aspects of literal meaning and connotation. At the same time, it traces the origin of the term according to its evolution. In order to clarify the historical evolution of the term "consultation" and the exact meaning of the term. The term "inquiry and consultation" originally means "Huangdi Nei Jing" (abbreviated as "Inner Classic"). Since the "Inner Classic", the connotation of the term "consultation" has been relatively clear. Before the Qing Dynasty, the names of "asking" and "asking for syndrome" and "asking for illness" were respectively used in all kinds of works before the Qing Dynasty. The name is different. The word "inquiry" is the same as "looking for" and "smelling diagnosis". After that, there are people who say "asking" in the books of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Others are still called "interrogators". By modern times, the name of "inquiry" has been gradually unified, and the term has been precisely defined.
